Den ersten Wonderbra präsentierte schließlich die Designerin Louise Poirier im Jahre 1961.

A large group of women dressed only in their underwear posed in front of a billboard at Charing Cross Road today. They were there to promote the launch of wonderbras new D to G cup range.
The advert is a mosaic made up of 8000 ‘real’ (as in not paid models), womens underwear shots. The individual photographs make up a large picture of new wonderbra model Katie Green.
The company are hoping to capitalise of the previous success of the “Hello Boys” poster campaign from ten years ago.

I put “made up” in quotes because the words aren’t necessarily made up, but rather real words that I use in unconventional ways. Like, say, the word “Wonderbra.”

To most, it’s a lingerie brand. To me, most of the time, it’s a synonym for wonderful. Half because it’s close to the German “wunderbar,” meaning wonderful, and half because Wonderbra IS wonderful. Seriously. Love them.

So imagine my reaction when Wonderbra contacted me to spread the word about their new line “Wonderbra by Dita Von Teese.”

!!!!!!!! is about right.

Dita is awesome. I think Burlesque is an art form, the sexiest art form, and no one does it better than Dita. I’d love to see her perform live, but sadly I’ve not yet had the chance.

But back to the line.

You can bet that her collection will feature glamour and vintage flavor, and 1940’s intricate styling. I’m super excited, I’ve always wanted to be pin-up girl and if nothing else the Dita Von Teese line will at least help me play the role.

The line is launching in Europe on the 23rd of September and brings classic pin-up imagery and retro style to the Wonderbra brand with three ranges of lingerie. I think what I love the most about the line is Dita’s philosophy behind it,  “Lingerie shouldn’t be something you just put on for your lover; you should do it for you. It’s not about seducing men, it’s about embracing womanhood.” I couldn’t agree more, Dita.

¿Cuántas veces habeis notado la "similitud" que existe entre dos anuncios?

Hoy hablaremos un poco acerca del tema de plagios en los anuncios...

Empezamos con la campaña de la empresa Tigerwear, de ropa de mujeres. y la de Wonderbra. Las dos en el año 2005

Observamos una clara similitud, algo sospechosa quizás, entre los dos anuncios. ¿Plagio? ¿Casualidad?

Sacad vuestras propias conclusiones.

Continuamos con otra campaña de publicidad, algo polemica y misteriosa. Esta la campaña la protagoniza la multinacional de hamburguesas Burguer King y la marca de preservativos Durex.

¿Plagio? Yo diria... FAKE. No me creo que un publicista tenga tan poca imaginación como para usar la misma modelo, el mismo tono de pintalabios... etc, que otro.

En caso de ser plagio, la primera campaña en salir a la luz fue la de la de Burguer King, por lo que, en este caso, el plagio seria de Durex. Pero repito, no me lo creo, insisto en que tiene que ser un FAKE.

Y para finalizar, analizamos la campaña de Sony y la de el iPod nano.

A la izquiera tenemos el anuncio de Apple (el original) Y a la derecha el de Sony.

Misma secuencia de colores, parecido color de fondo... ¿Alguien tiene dudas?

Why did he return? There appear to have been two reasons. Firstly when he phoned Her to set up I know not what, she said it would be fine to go to Her house but only the conniving mother and innocent children would be there. She was going to hospital in Aberdeen for a mammogram. Otloml did not twig that his lover is ten years too young to have been called in for a routine mammogram so what was she doing? Is breast cancer more likely in those with mammoth nipples? I googled.  A few months back, I would instantly have been on the phone to Her, united as a sisterhood against troubles. Now I am almost happy that she will , presumably be worried. It seems the only risk factor I know about is that she was brought up in a home with a heavy smoker- her mother. Those big nipples do not seem to be a factor in breast cancer, she is not on the pill (I wonder why I know that?) and the long continued breast feeding , no bra life style may actually help prevent the disease. I suppose she will tell him all about it only too soon. I must confess, I wondered whether there was some other gynaecological reason for a hospital visit. Otloml, as I have said, never even considered that she might want another baby and was just using him as a stud. Some stud! 

A night together then. Otloml seemed exhausted. I hope just by two long drives. I just wanted to sleep too. Come the morning it was a different story. I am not saying I was randy. but surely lying next to one's husband, naked asking intimate questions, should give any man a clue as to what was desired. Not Otloml. He thought we were just having a nice chat. Yet I was asking him, with my breasts under his very eyes, if he would prefer more cleavage. My tits, despite their age are not droopy. They are not small either- 34 E no less. Yet despite well-fitting and expensive bras, I do not have a cleavage. I squeezed my tits together to demonstrate what I meant. He just wittered on about the chance of a forest being supported by the moisture he thought would be produced in the crevasse. I had to ask him to touch my nipples. I don't think even a Wonderbra. if they are available in what she regarded as a massive size, would have any effect on him. He claimed he was not properly awake!

Then I asked a stupid question. I was inspired by having watched "Mutual Friends" on B.B C. 1 last night. Probably not the most sensible choice of programme for a woman whose husband cheated on her ,concerned as it is with the adultery of the character played by Keeley Hawes with the best friend of her husband, played by Marc Warren. He, like me was stunned by such betrayal and then, like me, was haunted by scenes in which he imagined the sex scenes that must have taken place. He asked his wife who had made the first move, a question which haunts me. In the play, the friend reaches out to stroke Keeley's leg. I asked Otloml yet again how the sex had started with Her. He claimed not to know. I don't know what forces me to ask: I know it annoys him. Would it really make me feel any better if I knew that she had made the first move?

This line of questioning was not, of course,going to lead to a happy Saturday. We set off in the direction of Kirkcaldy. I had suggested a trip to the sea and I had said that we had still never been to the Art Gallery there which has an  interesting collection of the Scottish colourists and the Glasgow Boys . The town also has in its long main street , a large number of charity shops where Otloml browses for books and records and I try to gather a good selection of clothes and shoes. The usual sort of Saturday then with maybe a bit of culture thrown in.

It was all going quite well until we started arguing in the tin box torture chamber. He feels he cannot go anywhere because of my outrageous suspicion of him. No more business trips to Paris. Big problems with the Memorabilia Exhibition which is "on" again in The Red Shoes Theatre. Where will he stay if I am being so insanely jealous? Her house seems a dangerous option, despite Her "generous"  offer of a bed. What is he to do? Should he call it off, just to quieten me, I tried to explain that he had done very little to inspire my trust and surely it was only because I stupidly still loved him that I had these strong feelings.

Amid my tears we arrived in Cupar. A trip to Luvians did something to cheer us both up. A nice bottle of wine and some tasty purchases from the delicatessen. Could something of the day be salvaged.? We arrived in Kirkcaldy. The dreadlocked dog and I went to view the sea, The tide was right in. So no walk on the beach. Otloml and I went up to the town. Yes, we managed some desultory pottering. No loot in any of the charity shops however. The trip was saved by a Continental Market. We were too late for any Ostrich steaks. Great pity. A delicacy we have not had for years. But there was a fantastic French fruit and veg stall. I know mirabelles are That French Woman's favourite fruit, but I am not going to let that prevent my enjoyment of them. Why is it that even when the stock has been driven hundreds of miles and is just spread out on wooden stalls it tastes so much better than the hard chilled stuff we are fobbed off with in the supermarkets?The evening holds hints of promise too. Otloml is almost cheerful, he has promised to try and be intimate. The night is young...

O anúncio, que à primeira vista parece estar sendo mostrado em um ponto de ônibus atingido pelo vandalismo, segundo o diário, faz parte de uma nova campanha da marca. A Wonderbra é famosa pelos anúncios provocativos. Recentemente, em um deles, a empresa escolheu 1 mil mulheres londrinas que não fossem modelos para passearem pelas ruas mais movimentadas da capital inglesa de lingerie e salto alto.

Két különböző Wonderbra kampányt szeretnék bemutatni. Az egyik egy elég magért beszélő gerilla kampány, Publicis Frankfurt jegyzi. A másik kampány online zajlik, a wonderbra website-on nézhetitek meg a több ezer wonderbra melltartóból álló montázs online billboardot. Érdemes rá rázoomolgatni:)

This one is for the female readers(and males*evil grin*). 40s pinup style burlesque dancing beauty, Dita Von Teese is coming out with a capsule collection of lingerie with well known undergarment apparel maker Wonderbra in mid-September. Hit the jump for more info and images
