Am încercat azi-noapte să accesez pagina web a publicaţiei de orientare naţionalist-extremistă "România Mare" (www.romare.ro). Anti -virusul Kaspersky instalat pe calculator, cu update la zi, mi-a blocat accesul şi m-a avertizat că pagina respectivă e virusată (are un "cal troian")-Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.pc

Troienii (trojan horses)
Un "troian" este  un program cibernetic deghizat. Acesta poate pretinde că este un joc, screensave, up-date de program sau orice alt tip de aplicaţie doar pentru a te determina sa-l activezi. Odată activat, "troianul" duce la bun sfârşit sarcina pentru care a fost creat (poate, de exemplu, să ştearga, fără probleme, întreg conţinutul unui hard -disk). Deşi nu se pot multiplica singuri, "troienii" sunt extrem de periculoşi pentru computer, înregistrând în secret tot ce faci la calculator sau dezactivând sistemele de securitate ale calculatorului tău pentru a permite altor utilizatori să preia controlul. Pe pagina web de la Kaspersky am găsit că este vorba de un "troian" de tip nou, raportat la începutul lunii. Nu există încă nici o descriere disponibilă pentru acest "troian".

Să vă povestesc însă ce am păţit recent. Am avut timp de o săptămână laptopul plin de astfel de "troieni". Am încercat să-l curăţ cu zeci şi zeci de programe recomandate/specializate. Multe din programele anti-troian descărcate de pe net erau chiar "troieni" deghizaţi, aşa că mare atenţie. Eram gata să formatez hard-disk-ul ca ultimă soluţie indicată de specialiştii IT. Într-un final, din întâmplare, după ce ajunsesem să lucrez cu computerul doar din Task Manager, am găsit un singur program, intuitiv de utilizat şi extrem de eficient care a dezactivat "troienii" din calculator: Trojan Remover 6.7.1. Nimic altceva nu a dat rezultate, de aceea vi-l recomand.

Features of Trojan Remover 6.7.1 :

Trojan Remover will examine all the system files, including the Windows Registry and determine the programs and files that are loaded at boot time. The majority of Trojans, once triggered, are loaded this way.

Trojan Remover will scan ALL the files loaded at boot time for Remote Access Trojans ('backdoors', like NetBus, SubSeven, Optix Pro, Back Orifice etc.), Internet Worms and other malware.

Trojan Remover writes to a detailed logfile each time a Scan is performed. This file contains information on which programs are loaded at boot-time, and what (if any) actions Trojan Remover carried out. This logfile can be printed out for future reference.

My top recommendation here is AVG Anti-Spyware [1], a product formerly formerly known as Ewido until it was acquired recently by GriSoft.

Ewido started life as an anti-trojan scanner but has been repositioned as an anti-spyware scanner by the new owners and the new name reflects that re-positioning. Whatever ever it is called it is an excellent anti-trojan and a fine anti-spyware program as well.

In my tests Ewido/AVG Anti-Spyware emerged as was one of the few products that could detect polymorphic and process injecting trojans that were totally missed by many anti-virus products. Unfortunately the free version of AVG Anti-Spyware doesn’t have a memory monitor and this omission significantly reduces the level of active protection provided. However the on-demand scanner is excellent.

I recommend that all average PC users who don't have an anti-trojan scanner download AVG Anti-Spyware and scan their PCs weekly. I suspect you may be surprised at what you will find. AVG Anti-Spyware is also pretty good at removing some spyware infections so bear that in mind next time you encounter a spyware product you can't remove with normal anti-spyware products like Ad-Aware.

Note that AVG Anti-Spyware only works with Windows 2000 and later so Win 9X users should consider the free version of a2 (a-squared) anti-trojan as an alternative. It's not quite as effective as AVG Anti-Spyware but is still an excellent product.

High risk PC users such as P2P file sharers and frequenters of hack sites, should however consider Trojan Hunter or the full version of AVG Anti-Spyware both of which offer the active protection they need.

Note: The free version of AVG Anti-Spyware is actually the same as the paid version but after 30 days the active protection (i.e. memory monitor) becomes non-functional, automatic updates are disabled and kernel level self protection is turned off.

Desculpem pela falta de atualização, estava estou um pouco enrolado com o Prouni e outras coisas normais de fim de ano... MAS! Em compensação, este post vale a pena: conheci este programa há alguns dias e gostei dele, pega muita coisa. Então, se você desconfia, ou não, que está com algum tipo de vírus, baixe e rode ele ;) 

O Trojan Remover foi criado para ajudar na remoção de trojans (cavalos-de-Tróia) quando os antivírus não conseguem detectá-los ou são incapazes de eliminá-los efetivamente. A maioria dos scanners de vírus e trojans são capazes de detectar mas nem sempre são eficientes na remoção uma vez que os trojans já estejam ativos.
