1. ♥Lonely in Gorgeous♥

Ending her career at this song, this is probably her best track. It was like almost on Heavenly's territory but still has the February pop flavor in it. Tomoko sounds more lively and the synths together make a pretty cool song. It's actually can be considered dance with how the synths are used. Pretty spiffy song if you ask me.

2. Is this feeling love?

Sounds a bit more serious than "Lonely in Gorgeous" maybe a little more like a love song...then again look at the title. The chorus has her descending notes and using so pretty good English. It's just totally different sound from the 1st track and sounds so much more powerful.

3. E-mail♥ more

Definitly in the reins of 80's synth-pop...You can really tell that this was a nod to the past. It's just got the girliness and pep that actually helped out very well. Tommy sounds like she was being cute, maybe sexii. Who knows. Though, the song is somewhat obvious and kind of annoying after a while but it's ok or a few listens.

Tommy February6's final single was so cool. All 3 songs are different from each other. Sad that this was her final before leading out with TH6...Definitly a single to get.

If you have read Ai Yazawa’s manga Gokinjo Monogatari and you happen to love it, then probably you would also enjoy the semi-sequel of this work – Paradise Kiss. Paradise Kiss, or ParaKiss, is an original 5-volume manga written by Yazawa, and has been adapted into a 12-episode anime produced by Aniplex and Studio Madhouse. I’ve seen the anime in Animax, who broadcast the series and widely distributed it and it was so amazing.

The protagonist of the story is Yukari Hayazaka, also nicknamed Caroline, a highschool student who is already bored with her life driven by routines, thus, when she meets the Parakiss crew, she models for them and decides to stop her review for the university entrance examinations. She matures little by little through her relationship with George Koizumi, a chic and handsome university student, and a fashion designer. George designs Yukari’s outfit when she models for them, or for anybody else. Along with the Parakiss crew are Miwako Sakarada a cute and childlike university student who fondly calls Yukari ‘Caroline’ a lot and Arashi Nagase, the punk, rock and hardcore guy who is a band member and Miwako’s girlfriend. The mother figure of the Parakiss crew is none other than Daisuke “Isabella” Yamamoto, but she is actually a crossdresser.

Puffy - Angel of Love This song is very calm and cool, and i like it a lot. It also has a pretty jazzy feel. Very laid back, nice track.

Mr. Children - Tsuyogari Once again, a nice mellow track i enjoyed listening to. I never listened to Mr. Children before, but this is pretty much what i expected to be typical Mr. Children fare.

KELLUN - chu-bura alright this is a fast paced rock song. I love it, the guy's got a nice voice and it's just cool, haha.

Joji Yamamoto - michinoku hioti tabi ALRIGHT! this song sounded really old, but it was REALLY awesome. It has classical elements infused with it, which was totally awesome. MUST get this one.

Tommy February6 - Tommy Gebratte Macaron ok, i have heard Toommy's song "CHOOSE ME OR DIE" which was a complete comedic masterpiece, and this song is a catchy pop song, surprisingly. It seems to contrast "CHOOSE ME OR DIE" quite well, actually, and also reminds me quite a bit of the jpop from the late 90s, a la Ayumi Hamasaki's "A Song for XX" album, just somewhat more modern.

Chitose Hajime - sen no yori to sen no hiru This song was jsut pretty much beautiful. I've never heard of Chitose Hajime before, but I really like this song. Nice voice this girl has, and the song has a nice melody with a pop/rock arrangement.

Supercar - Drive just another pop-rock track i have never heard of before. This song has vocals by a female. It's a little folk-y.

1. L•O•V•E•L•Y ~Yumemiru LOVELY BOY~

Oh god, it's overly cute Tommy. It's definitly catchy I'll say that. I don't think Tommy is using a lot of English in this song and I praise her for it. Though, I think it's a bit slow in the tempo area and it can get boring after a while. The middle where she starts spelling out ~LOVELY~ was pretty funny and random, but still it's an alright song.

2. I ONLY WANT TO BE WITH YOU

I actually like the B-side more than the A-side. No wonder, it's a Dusty Springfield so it's entirely in English but given the cute Tommy spin. Actually Tomoko sounds real good in English, I mean there's some slipups but it definitly surpasses Koda Kumi's "English". This was definitly one of her best B-sides in a while. So we have a winner!

3. L•O•V•E•L•Y ~Yumemiru LOVELY BOY~ (Pikachu to Issho ★ Version da yo!)

If we couldn't get stranger, this "remix" is totally annoying. Taking Pikachu's seiyu. Seriously, the beginning is so damn annoying to me. Since, I have no clue WTF they are saying. It's a long speech too so be prepared to be annoyed to no end. Then again, it's such a snoozefest. Then she freaks out when Pikachu starts talking, it's so golden. Then she introduces Tomoko to tell us that the song is about to start at 3:25.....x.x The main song starts but a combined effort of Pikachu, Plusle, and Minun starts to karaoke with Tomoko, and you know, it kills the entire song. But it is cute...so try it but please stay away from the speech in the beginning.

So, Obviously by the cover it's a Pokemon themed single. Though the A-side was a little boring and a little tacky. The B-side is what won me over. For fun, they stuck in this crazy remix and gosh could it be anymore cheesy LOL. Still Tomoko fascination with Pikachu is awesome!

1. AttenTion pLEasE

The introduction to the album, obviously making it seem like it's on a plane saying, enjoy your time. There's also the T.O.M.Y. heard from her 1st album. Nothing too spectacular

2. je t'aime ★ je t'aime

Yep, our 1st track is also the 1st single and it was placed properly on the album. Traces of French are on the track which I loved the best in this song. Tomoko makes good use of all the synth and c'mon the bridge was the coolest I've heard in a while. Oh yea, it was a pretty odd transition from the first track too. *sigh*

3. sEpia memory

Taking on a more jungle-like feeling song, sEpia memory is a bit more minamalistic then the previous track, but it's got some pretty nifty synths though. I was surprised at how good this track was since it is the 1st new track. What a great track.

4. Futari no Seaside

Another great track is Futari no Seaside the drive-by ocean track. I love how Tomoko mixes up the English and Jap. Though I'm still wondering why she said ~Candybar~. Also, I'm still baffled by all the jingle bells present in here. Still, impressive track.

5. CAndY EyEs doLLs

Uhm, so here we have a happy happy track. When I saw the title I was thinkin *Oh no, not another CANDY POP IN LOVE* I was kind of right and also kind of wrong at the same time. It's sugary pop but there's also some seriousness to it. The chorus was weird for me because it just didn't sound like anything like the verses/bridges. Whatever lol

6. ChOOSe mE or Die

The ever-needed dark song of the album is less going on than the previous song until the chorus where things pickup for a bit. She chants the title and its minorlly disturbing. It's a pretty catchy song albeit an evil one.

7. daNCin' bABY

Kinda gettin repititious with the synth, daNCin' bABY really failed to make an impression on me. Though the random whistle was kinda nice. A pop tune still Tomoko sounds a bit more alive than she has been in a few of the earlier tracks. The after-chorus with the swervy synth was the best part.

8. SwEEt dREAM

I'm not sure what to call this but I think it's a ballad or at least trying to be. The drums throws it off for a little bit, but eventually it makes sense. It does have a different sound compared to the rest of the album, which is a plus. Tomoko also sounds a bit different to me personally like she's more airy in her vocals and they sound controlled to. A memorable track indeed.

9. ThE RoSe fraGranCe

Ahhh, I love the beat to this song, so straightforward and aggressive. The verses are so catchy and the chorus is just as good. The back and forth with the beats made a quick dance beat and I just can't help but bobbing me head to the beat. It's probably the best new track here.

10. MaGic in youR Eyes

A magical tune fills our ears next. It's a different track because it has a brass instrumentation written into it. It's also got the same pulsing beat but its put at a faster pace than "ThE RoSe fraGranCe". As it is also the last single, I found its charming well-needed on the album.

11. I still love you boy

An oddly slow tune, I still love you boy is the 2nd ballad of the album and well, it really didn't leave anything for me to enjoy since I liked "SwEEt dREAM" a lot more. I think I was better off with one ballad on the album. Tomoko does sound real strong, I'll give her that.

12. Love is forever

The 2nd single is our final track? Definitly surprising, but y'know it did make a good ending to a good album. It's your usual synth job here, so I wasn't too impressed since majority was like this. I think there so should've been a different song to finish up the album than with this pop tune.

Tracks Recommended

Tommy February6's sophomore album was definitly an odd album because of how different it compared to her last album. A lot of people say this paled in comparison, however to me I liked this album just as much as her debut. Now this is probably her final album though she released two singles after this album and things've changed: Buriguri got back together and her reining assault as her alter-ego Tommy Heavenly6 which I might start reviewing soon. As for TF6, recently there's been news she's doin a track for the Cyndi Lauper Memorial Album, which gives good news that she isn't gone yet.

1. MaGic in youR Eyes

The cute song of the era, its got a pounding beat to it. If it wasn't for that this song probably have been really boring. Tommy sounds quite interested here and I like the after-chorus! The entire song is pop/synth but it's different from her past singles. The best track from the era.

2. I still love you boy

The ballad of the era. I still love you boy is actually slower than "I'LL BE YOUR ANGEL" from the last era. This is also very significant because it has Tomoko at her lower range most of the song. The chorus is so strange as she swoops some of her notes into a bad territory. Sucks that this song also dragged a bit for my taste.

Tommy February6's final single of the "Tommy Airline" was a nice change from the last single. Finally, a ballad....even though it was boring, it did widen the playing field for her. The title track, was definitly a good catchy pop tune. Both songs are on the album, which is great.

Love is forever (Instrumental)

1. Love is forever

Why do I think of her 1st single of this era? It kinda sounds like it in the beginning. Though it changes right when Tomoko sings and she's using her cute voice, which is not my favorite sound from her. Though it's like hearing her first album in this one song...It's a bit ironic but, this song is actually kinda catchy. I wonder why they messed with her voice in the middle of the tune...I'll never understand it but this is actually an alright song.

2. Futari no Seaside

This continuation with the pop stuff is making her better. This song actually sounds like driving on a seaside. This song has got some synthed BKGD sounds which are pretty nice to hear. Then you hear jingle bells after the chorus and I was like this is not a Christmas song x.x Tomoko has some English fluorished throughout the song as well, which I have to say has gotten better since the 1st album.

3. ♥Summer Lemonade Poem♥

Odd synths open this actually vocal-less track up. It's pretty much there, but to what reason, I have no clue. It has a good time field to it, makes you think your in a Legend of Zelda game which is odd because I'm actually playing Ocarina of Time...It's an alright, albeit vocal-less song.

So, here we are at TF6's 2nd single from the era. All of the songs had something to bring, well not really...Love is forever is once again something we haven't already heard from her before. Futari no Seaside was the better track because it instills what it said in its title. Summer...you know what, it's just an interlude nothing really noting. All the "vocaled songs" make it on Tommy Airline, so I declare to pass it up since Summer Lemonade Poem is something you can pass up entirely

Tommy's Message (First Press Track)

1. je t'aime ★ je t'aime

Our French titled tune starts out very simple with the keyboard, with synths entering. This song, like all the previous singles carries the same pop-like sound. Though I actually find myself really enjoying this song. Tommy actually does say a few things in French, most notably the title. I love the bridge so much especially how she goes through the first line. I love, I love this song!

2. I'm in the mood for dancing

Leaving out pop tune, we enter into another one. I actually thought the music was overpowering Tommy a bit. Not only that, I think this song was pretty annoying to me,Her voice was just off a lot. Then again it did remind me of a few songs back on her debut album It's really not worth your time listening to this.

3. je t'aime ★ je t'aime (Extended Mix)

Now this is a great extension of a great song. I like how dark the beginning and then, Tommy's repetition of ~je t'aime, je t'aime~ it was really funny, then it progresses right to the start of the tune. They changed very little of the single, though the first stanza of the verse is quieter, then the instrementation we know and love returns. All in all, this is a great song and actually, I love the extension a lot more.

4. Tommy's Message

Wow, the music is just too cute. Tomoko starts talking, but I have no idea what she's exactly saying. Though that damn music is just that catchy to listen to. It's got the usual Tommy Feb6 flare to it. It's probably a useless track. Still, it's a cute first press track.

Tommy's 1st single in the "Tommy Airline" era is a really awesome one. The title track and its extended mix are great to listen to. The B-side though sucked, it really annoyed the crap outta me. The final track, was useless, but you should listen to the music in it. Is it worth it. Well go for the Extended Mix, I know you'll like it!

1. T.O.M.M.Y.

We start off with this introduction to the album. It's definitly in a cheerleading kind of mood, oddly enough, they use "EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP" but they spell her name T.O.M.Y., where's the missing ~M~? XD Anyway the synths before the cheerleasders come in sounds pretty catchy and cool. oh well, it leads to the next track perfectly

2. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP

Leading after the intro immediatly this song sets up the whole tone of the album, fun poppy love songs. I actually enjoy this song a lot. The song itself has a light-hearted feeling to it, add a consistent beat and you have this song. I love how Tommy is longing for her lover in this song. Either way, this song is a great beginning tune.

3. Tommy Feb Latte, Macaron.

Whoop! What a party song this is. I love how the bass is sounding through the song, making itself noteworthy. It's definitly more laidback then "EVERYDAY" but still, has a very pop like sound to it. I just adore this entire song and it's instrumentation, very cool song.

4. Bloomin'!

Going back to the faster pop sounds, Bloomin'! was her last single and on here, it's much more enjoyble knowing that there isn't a crappy remix after it. Bloomin'! has a fantasy like sound going for it. Though the bridge is awesome, and very meaningful for her. The chorus repeats at the end can get annoying, but it's nothing to dwell too much about. Good song overall.

5. HEY BAD BOY

Finally, the 1st new song. Well, it's very groovy, obviously when she says ~Hey, Bad Boy~. It has a New Wave sound to it which is pretty cool, and seems she's having some fun in it. I do question why there is glass breaking in the song. The chorus seems urgent in some ways which adds to the coolness of the song. Guitar solo was pretty nice in the song too. Catchy tune most definitly.

6. ♥KISS♥ ONE MORE TIME

Well, we are sucked back into the Synths galore of Kiss One More Time, it still is hellishly catchy...I still think she sounds a bit bored and monotone though, but I guess this formula works in this kind of song. Still, the computerized vocals in this song was just not needed, though I guess it did lengthen the song up which is a good thing lol.

7. WHERE ARE YOU? "MY HERO"

Whoa, this song starts off dark sounding. The synths are great in this song. It's definitly a new turn with this song. ~I wanna run in sugar rain~ Wow...that's a lyric to start off with. Funny, how this song is a bout a girl waiting for her man!. Then she goes all evil in the second lyrics and really off. ~I'll kill you my shadow~ I wonder what she's exactly referring to. Anyway, what an awesome song.

8. WALK AWAY FROM YOU MY BABE

After the darkest song on the album, we get the groovy song, Walk Away From You My Babe. I would call this the breakup song, which is kinda ironic in this funky tune. Then again like I said in the single review for "EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP" she does cuss in the song, it's located during her "rap" moment. Still it's my favorite song off the album.

9. Koi wa Nemuranai

Continuing this trend of pop songs is the only Japanese titled track. It's actually more laidback. It's got a fantasy feeling to it also, but I didn't really think this track was really memorable. I mean it's an alright song don't get me wrong, but I just knew this was a filler track. It's just there to make more time in the album

10. Can't take my eyes off of you

1967....does anyone remember this song coming out from Ritchie Valens? Didn't think so, but this song has been done by SOOOO many artists. On to Tommy's remake, This is actually pretty cool. She's using her lower register for the verses and her higher register for the chorus which is pretty unusual for a song like this. Still, this song actually makes me picture her singing this song on a plane for some reason. It just has that quality that ur just flying. The music intrumentation is to be thanked for. Wished it was a bit longer, but music back then was always short, so I can't argue on that.

11. I'LL BE YOUR ANGEL

Wow, it's an actual ballad, Tommy really sounds quite nice singing in a soft tone. It's got an actual wintery feel to it, which I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I'll Be Your Angel, is actually fits with the album because it still uses synths dominantly. It drags, but I guess it'll go away the more times you listen to it.

12. ★CANDY POP IN LOVE★

Ok, like I said from the "KISS ONE MORE TIME" single, this song is very cute, and still is the cutest song on the entire album. It's placing on the album is way odd, because 1. It's after a ballad and 2. final song. So going from "I'LL BE YOUR ANGEL" is a tad unusual and I would've have like that to have been the last song. Anyway, Tommy still sounds alright in the song, still not my favorite song on the album. Sorry.

Tracks Recommended

Tommy February6's debut is definitly a good one. If you like fun pop tunes this is definitly the album to get. The last 2 songs should have been switched around to have made the album make a little more sense than to end on "Candy Pop In Love". Either way Tomoko has created a crazy with this alter ego.

1. Bloomin'!

Already from the beginning you can tell that this is going to be a fun-sounding song. Though lyrically, Bloomin'! is a love song for sure, it sure has it's qualities for sure, but after going through the first two singles, it's nothing that we've already heard. Though, she does say ~Jellybeans~ which pretty much made me think, huh???? Either way, it's still a pretty OK track nonetheless.

2. Bloomin'! (ONGAKU MIX)

Well, this remix starts off very repititious with the piano playing two notes, which get very annoying. Then sound odd sounding synths/voice comes in and make it so much more annoying. Oddest thing is that, there is little to no singing in this song it's just those two piano notes and that strange noise. She does, come in and say a verse in about 4 minutes. I really don't know why there's such a remix like this, it was almost made out of boredom or to really piss people off. Anyways worse, remix ever from here. Oh yea, 7 minutes of this going on.............x.x

Bloomin'! is by far THE worst single I've heard so far from TF6. The title track like I said is nice but nothing we haven't heard before and the remix, don't get me started on it. Luckily, this is the final single for the Tommy February6 era!

1. ♥KISS♥ ONE MORE TIME

Computerized vocals start up by saying. Kiss One More Time, I actually like her low toned voice in the song. It's definitly one catchy song, dang she's really good with these quirky yet meaningful songs. Though she does sound a little bored in the chorus, I couldn't blame her. Then again whenever I see TF6 she always seems bored, and a little tipsy....hahah for all you fans that know bout that. Still, this song was pretty cool for a short song.

2. Tommy Feb Latte, Macaron.

Well, here we are with the oddest titled song ever. TFLM, begins with somes beeps sounding like a video game. She sounds a lot more enthusiastic in this song than the previous, and she's hitting some higher notes this time around. I love how she begins the chorus by saying a word and then says it again in a different way. The guys singing sound a bit drunk too, which was funny as hell. I think my favorite part of the song where they go back to the v. game bleeps and then she comes back with the chorus which sounded so good. I'm so happy it made it on the album. Oh yea it ends with a cute v. game bleep too *sigh* lol

3. ★CANDY POP IN LOVE★

This song, by far has the most going on in it. It's also one of the uber cute songs. Which isn't really bad. Though I didn't find this song as memorable as the other two songs. It does sound like she was straining in the chorus and oddly she sounded a bit different than the other two, which took me by surprise. Still, Candy Pop In Love sounds alright despite the uber cuteness of the song.

4. ♥KISS♥ ONE MORE TIME (Sunaga't Experience's EURO/SET REMIX)

Did they make Kiss One More Time a ballad? Well that's how the intro starts off, with some piano, then some beats come in which immediatly make me think of Ami Suzuki's "all night long". The there's some girl speaking, I thought it was French I could wrong though, wait she does it again at the end too. Tommy starts singing making this entire song sounding dark and little mysterious which was nice take right there. Though once again, I thought it didn't really fit the song altogether. Maybe if she resang it again and didn't have the BKGD vocalists it actually would've been an alright remake. It ends kind of abrupt too which was kinda odd.

Tommy's 2nd single was definitly pleasing to hear. All of the songs minus the remix made it onto the album which was great. Though I still think "Candy Pop In Love" was just too cute for the album...The other two were great danceable tracks for sure. Good single I say

1. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP

Tomoko's 1st foray as the geeky yet hiding something suspicious Tommy February6 is a good start. This song sets up for what her music will sound like. It gots a feeling of 80's pop swirled around with some New Wave and we got TF6. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP is definitly an innocent song put to a catchy hand-clapping beat. The english stuff she says does make a lot of sense, so you can listen to just the english words and understand what the song is about. I really like how this all sounds together.

2. WALK AWAY FROM YOU MY BABE

How groovy is this song? Very lol...This song is my most listened to on my ITunes right now. So you know it's my favorite. Anyways it's has a guitar hook and it's so catchy. The chorus introduces more instruments and Tomoko goes legato and sings English. The thing the shocked me the most about this song is that she "raps"? Yea and even then she says ~Fuckin~ twice, I was like 0.o Still I love this song it's just got that 70's pop that transcends to 80's pop.

3. SINCE YESTERDAY

Originally released in 1984 by Strawberry Switchblade, TF6 starts this remake with some brass playing and some heavy drums all laced together with the synths. I had some problems trying to listen to Tomoko singing because the drums were just too much. I do like when she goes through the ~la's~ That sounded pretty nice. I like when they split up singin the la's and the chorus that was pretty inpressive and sounded pretty awesome!

4. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP (CAPTAIN FUNK "DAYDREAM" EDITION)

It starts off with some strong piano playing, then the drums which by the way are less annoying thank gosh. They decided to turn this song into a laidback summer song which isn't bad at all really. Though I probably wouldn't have done it to this song. I mean it was already good enough did they really need to change the style of it totally? Then again Captain Funk is good with these kind of songs example: Ami Suzuki's Dolce.

Ok, this single is pretty darn awesome. Two album songs, a remake, and a remix that does make a great single. I'm kind of happy that "SINCE YESTERDAY" didn't make the cut. The other two songs were great in their own perspectives showing off that Tomoko can stand on her own in music. As for the remix, well it was alright, not the best if you ask me.

I would just like to point out that my blog has been linked to a Nick Carter fansite. How hardcore is that? This past weekend I became addicted to the manga Detroit Metal City. Much like the [adult swim] hit Metalocoplyse, DMC is a parody on the death metal scene. Our hero Negishi/Krauser the 2nd is a Swedish-pop loving fool by day and a heavy metal god by night. Negishi hates metal but still churns out the best songs on rape and murder in the country. His biggest fear is that his mom finds out what kind of band he's in. You can read the scans here or download them from these guys. Last Friday a tribute album for the series including songs by Beat Crusaders, Wagdug Futuristic Unity, and Tommy february6 came out. I'm desperately searching for it. Please send.

Artist: Tommy february6
Album: Tommy airline
Release Date: March 17, 2004

1. AttenTion pLEasE
The opening of this album is really cute. XD I love how slow Kawase is speaking; her pronunciation is quite good too. XD

2. je t'aime ★ je t'aime
This song never really appealed to me at first. It found it a bit dull. The melody is quite pleasant after awhile though. It doesn't have the addictive quality of Kawase's earlier february6 works, but it's not a bad song by itself. There's an ongoing basic beat that drives the song forward with the synths over it. It's not a particularly interesting song, but it's kind of cute.

3. sEpia memory
Following the midtempo pace of the opening song, this has another stronger bass synth sound to it. It also has a similar feel to the previous song, but again with the heavier bass support and accompaniment. I enjoy the melody of the chorus and verses here a bit more. Kawase's vocals keep a little bored throughout the song, but I enjoy the little bridge in this song with the chanting. The highlight of this song is definitely the chorus with the long, legato notes over the shorter, choppy notes of the synths under her. There's a bit of a bouncy quality to this song.

4. ふたりのシーサイド
Futari starts off with long notes playing in the background before bouncy synth lines come into the song. I particularly find these lines catchy. Otherwise, the song itself doesn't really appeal to me other than those lines. There's something kind of bored in Kawase's lyrics, and the melody lines are really repetitive, especially in the chorus.

5. CAndY EyEs doLLS
I really like the opening for this song; the rhythm of the melody is rather catchy. I also enjoy the driving lower synths playing in the background. They really add a nice amount of pulse to the song. Again, the song is rather repetitive, but the combination of the bass line and the line played when Kawase isn't singing is rather catchy. Again, the melody itself doesn't really do much for me, though.

6. ChOOSe mE or Die
... this song is just hilarious. I like the short, detached synth notes for the verses, and the addition of more synths for the chorus. The chanting is by far the most hilariously random stuff I've ever heard. The song itself isn't all that interesting in terms of composition, besides some of the random sounds Kawase adds everywhere; however, the lyrics make up for it. It's just fun to listen to Kawase threaten people.

7. daNCin' bABY
I really love this song. There's a really good ongoing bass progression in the background in addition to the synths playing some kind of disco-like sound. I really like the addition of the whistle after Kawase sings a line in the verses. I really enjoy the ongoing energy there is in this song. The clapping part near the end is an interesting addition to the song.

8. SwEEt dREAM
The next song has a bit more of a dreamy quality to both the synths and Kawase's voice. The opening is rather simple with Kawase singing long notes over the the short lines of the synths. The song itself doesn't make much of an impression on me, but it isn't a bad song to listen to. It's just rather forgettable in all the upbeat synth works she has on this album.

9. ThE RoSe fraGranCe
The next song is another upbeat song, but this one has less synth to support Kawase's voice. The thinner accompaniment really shows off Kawase's one-dimensional vocals in this piece. I feel as if there's a lack of energy in Kawase's voice, especially in this particular song. Some of the synth lines are catchy, but there's really much else in this song to keep me interested.

10. MaGic in youR Eyes
The next song has much more energy from Kawase, and it is refreshing after listening to the previous track. This song has an ongoing, loud percussion line in the background in addition to the chords of synths over it. The chords are slightly overemphasized, but it works well enough in the song. This song is much more addictive due to the more energetic accompaniment. I like the bell-like sounds that play the chorus melody as she sings it.

11. I still love you boy
Kawase attempts a ballad for her album, and for once I believe she succeeds with this song. While Kawase's vocals are still rather tight and restrained, there are points in this song where she has resonant vocals. While the accompaniment is a bit noisy, it works well overall to support the melody of the song. The song itself is a little dreary after awhile, but it's not a bad song.

12. Love is forever
To save us from a ballad ending the album (because I know by now that february6 ballads just aren't all that great) is a cute upbeat song. I really like the melody of this song. I also like the call and response lines she does in the chorus with herself. I really like the bridge of this song as well with some of Kawase's notes being a electronic voice rather than her singing.

Overall -
Favourite Track: daNCin' bABY
I'm actually kind of disappointed with tommy february6's second album. While the album itself isn't all that bad, it's just nearly as addictive as her debut album. There are actually points in this album where Kawase just sounds really bad, and there's not enough synths to cover her boredom. Kawase's second february6 album just isn't as addictive, but has a few standout tracks that save me from total boredom when listening to it.
Artist: Tommy february6
Album: Tommy february6
Release Date: February 6, 2002

1. T.O.M.M.Y
Tommy first february6 album starts off with an infectious introduction with lots of fun chanting. It's ridiculously catchy and amusing with the cheerleader chants before it merges with the next track.

2. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP
The quick moving bass, and the ongoing synths are what drive this song along. While the song is repetitive, the song continues to be ridiculously catchy. Tommy's english just adds to the amusement of this song. I don't really know what else to add other than "AT THE BUS STOP. AT THE BUS STOP. EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP." Yeah, those phrases are bound to get stuck in your head. I had it in mind at random times the first time I heard it.

3. トミーフェブラッテ、マカロン。
This next song has a bit more of a darker, driving sound to it rather than just being addictively catchy. The synths here again drive the song forward, and I enjoy the male vocals post-chorus singing some kind of random line XD. The acoustic guitar in the background also help drive the song forward with simple strumming on major beats (and sometimes off-beats). I absolutely love the bass solo near the end of song, and the cute little "old video game" sound that follows it before Kawase goes back into the song.

4. Bloomin'!
Kawase incorporates a brighter sound here with a japanese verse, with a call and response pre-chorus in English. The pre-chorus is my favourite part of the song as it has a nice effect on the overall effect on the song. The rest of the song isn't amazing in terms of the accomapniment, but the overall sound is still rather cute throughout and I still enjoy it.

5. HEY BAD BOY
I love the driving guitar at the beginning of the song. It has a different sound from the previous few songs with the synth playing long notes, and the guitars being the main focus of the verse before going into a full synth accompaniment in the chorus. The amusement kind of fades after awhile though as I lose interest in the song.

6. ♡KISS♡ ONE MORE TIME
The addition of the electronic spoken line in the beginning is a nice choice before going into the driving synths again. Another addictive song from Kawase. I particularly like the chorus of this song with Tommy singing a long note, and a small synth moving the background at that moment. The electronic spoken line is a common theme in this song as it comes back at random times in the song.

7. WHERE ARE YOU? "MY HERO"
The next song has a much more frequent synth bass in the background, which adds a good amount of urgency to this particular song. The loud percussion synth over it is a nice addition over the quick synth bass. The focus of this song is mainly on those two elements as they are the main accompaniment that drives this song forward. The melody itself is really cute. I especially like how Kawase says "scary my shadow". The song is a bit repetitive and end kind of awkwardly as she just kind of fades off.

8. WALK AWAY FROM YOU MY BABE
The next song has a more stable, less frequent bass line. The song itself is a little less addictive than her other songs as it kind of drags along at times. I like the melody, but there's nothing else in the song I really enjoy.

9. 恋は眠らない
I really like the opening of this song: it starts off with the bass before adding the synth line over it. The song itself is yet another laid-back pop song. The song is nice, although again rathe repetitive. However, I do prefer this song from the previous one as I like the overall sound.

10. Can't take my eyes off of you
This synthesized, dance version of this well known song is rather cute. While Kawase mostly speaks the melody line, the arrangement of this song is just really amusing and enjoyable. I like the male background under Kawase's voice added at parts of this song. The little intro before the chorus is absolutely adorable.

11. I'LL BE YOUR ANGEL
Another slower song from Kawase. I don't particularly like this song, especially in the verse as the song doesn't sound all that interesting. This is one song that I do not like Kawase's voice all that much. The song itself continues to be cute, but there's just nothing much in this song that I actually enjoy. It drags on, and makes the mistake of focusing more on Kawase's vocals.

12. ★CANDY POP IN LOVE★
I absolutely love the opening melody line in this song. It's really catchy. I really like the chorus of this song. However, the song kind of gets really repetitive after awhile. Nevertheless, I really like the opening melody of the verses. The addition of long string-like notes in the background at parts of the song is an interesting addition.

Overall -
Favourite Track: ♡KISS♡ ONE MORE TIME
Tommy February6's debut album is a work full of infectious, fun tunes. While they constantly get really repetitive a lot if you don't find them catchy, the album is undeniably playful and cute. The catchiness of some of these tunes will stay stuck in your head for hours. While Kawase isn't an amazing vocalist, there is something charming and charismatic about her thin, cute voice. There are a few instances where I got bored of this album, but overall, this album is addictive.
