Interpretatul acesta se poate face de la tastatura sau gamepad, cat si de la o chitara care se poate cumpara separat, exclusiv pentru acest joc.
Regizorul seriei "Rush Hour" si "X-men: Last Stand", Brett Ratner si-a anuntat dorinta sa faca un film din acest joc.
A declarat ca are deja o idee de scenariu: "va fi povestea unui adolescent ce locuieste intr-un orasel si viseaza sa devina un star rock, pana in ziua in care castiga o competitie Guitar Hero".
Ratner trebuie sa astepte acum acordul Activision, posesorii de drept ai copyrightul pentru jocul video. Pana atunci, Ratner lucreaza la "God of War"(daca e adevarat abia astept) si "Mr. S: My Life With Frank Sinatra".
Ca sa va faceti o idee mai buna a jocului v-am pregatit un filmulet cu cea mai grea melodie din Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock, Dragonforce-Through the Fire and Flames, la expert. Tipul care se joaca nu e normal.
