I am basing these on the fact that our current mana regen in raids is very bad so i took items that would boost our mp5 first and healing/haste second.

2. Sailor's Knotted Charm Equip: 18mp5 use:140 haste rating obtained through the quest The jig is up
3. Mender of the Oncoming Dawn equip 17mp5 use: 173 spell power for 20sec obtained through the quest Return to atuik
4. Tidal boon Equip 16mp5 use: 122 spell power for 20 sec obtained through the quest Oh Noes, the Tadpoles!

There is one old world pieces that if you are currently 70 and raid at all you should be able to pick up that will carry for a while as well.

1. Tome of Diabolic Remedy equip 18mp5 use 211 spell power for 20s drops from Hex lord Malacrass in Zul'aman

1. Beguiling Scepter Drops from the dark runed chest in Stratholme Past after you defeat the final boss.
2. Melia's Magnificent Scepter This is a BOE item lots of people are going to be after this one so be ready to fork out some gold for this guy.  On the beta it is a world drop about 0.1% drop rate.
3. Gavel of the Fleshcrafter this item currently is in the game but still has no known drop location.  It does have a ilvl of 200 and would then make it a heroic drop somewhere just based on the ilvl of the item.

Shields

1. Facade Shield of Glyph's No known drop location as of yet but based on ilvl this is probably a heroic mode drop.
2. Wolf Slayers Crest this is a quest reward from Sasha's Hunt a quest in Grizzly hills
3. Savage Gladiator's Redoubt pvp trying to stay away from pvp rewards but for 6k honor and 350 arena points this guy can be earned in a day or two.

Totem this is a easy one there is only ONE healing totem in wrath that is not pvp or epic quality.

1. Totem of the Bay This item is purchased with 30 venture coins. venture coins are gained by doing quests some are dailies some are one time only.  You should have this item very soon.  Most quests give 10 coins

Find any items that i missed post it in a comment and i will make sure to add them to the list.  I tried to keep the list short to the items that would benefit resto shamans the most.  I put a big push on mp5 since there are still major issues with shaman mana regen at the moment so the items are weighted to provide lots of mp5 while still giving the plus spell power we need.

There may be old world items that are better than these but i wanted to keep the list as tho you had to have items in northrend and didn't raid in the burning crusade.

在mp5之前，当然就是mp4了。除了能够播放音乐之外，大部分的mp4只能播放一些特定的文件格式，rm 或rmvb 格式的视频文件肯定是被拒于门外的。 可是爱上网的人们都知道，网上的那些视频资源，超过90% 都是rmvb 格式，因为档案小，质量高！所以几乎清一色的都是采用这样的格式在发布。

从前我在外地工作的时候，很多时候都花在公共交通工具里。所以很希望有这样的一个媒体播放器能够播放rmvb 格式的视频，那我在那段“无事可做、只能望着窗外”的时间里，至少有些寄托，容易打发时间过。但是找了很久都找不到。当时没有一个是可以播放rmvb 格式的。想过要转换格式，转去普通的mp4能够播放的格式，可是那个工程之复杂费时令我却步，而且在找不到好的转换软件之下，我还是选择了放弃。费时去转换，我倒不如直接在电脑上看了省事省时。而且转换了之后，那个画面质量实在让我不敢恭维。

机缘巧合，我碰见了智器的T5。那是第一代的mp5，除了集合了mp4原有的功能，最重要的是，它能够无需转换就直接播放rmvb视频格式文件。刚开始的时候不敢贸然下手，因为对它其实不是很了解，而且明白既然市场上已经有人在开发这玩意儿，那肯定也有很多商家也在推出这样的产品，我再等等看也不迟。辗转又过了几个月到大半年的时间，我自己在网上做了一些资料收集，等到智器推出了第二代的T5-II, 我就对自己说，这就是我要的。因为T5-II 有外接电视播放的功能，当然外接电视的画面质量不能和播放器本身播放媲美，但是效果也可算是在能够接受的范围里了啦。

拥有了这个T5-II了之后，很多时候它是在我一个人吃饭的时候陪伴我。因为里头有电子书的功能。我把卫斯理的电子书一本一本的放进去，吃饭的时候，就可以重温那些故事里的科幻迷人的情节了。这样子的午饭时间其实还过得挺充实的。工作了一整天都开电脑，晚上回到家的时候，我真的不想再开电脑了，可是入睡前总有一段时间可以打发。在无法开灯的情况下，T5-II 还是我的贴心良伴。当然，眼睛会比较吃力，但是看的人当然要自己看好时间，该休息的时候，还是得休息啊！

其他功能包括：听歌，听收音机的广播，看图片，玩游戏和录音功能。

现在T5-II 也推出了一个Lite 的版本，其实就是只是少了外接电视的那一项功能。价格便宜不少。如果不需要外接电视的话，我觉得这样的版本也很合乎需求的了。

Como os únicos aparelhos aparelhos, além dos celulares, que conciliam todas essas funções são os famigerados MP(coloque aqui o número de funções) eu procurei  um que fosse, ou ao menos parecesse, menos vagabundo que os demais. Encontrei um com design legal no DealExtreme, mas não pude pegar ele por culpa do PayPal, aí acabei pegando este aqui, no MercadoLivre:

Esse MP5, que se auto-denomina um PMP (Portable Media Player) provavelmente é fabricado na China por uma empresa que prefere não se identificar (bom pra eles). No entanto o kernel o identificou como sendo um produto da Sunplus e por isso eu o chamo de Sunplus PMP.

O coração dele é um SoC da Sunplus com suporte a USB 1.1 e um processador ARM de 32 bits embutido, capaz de alcançar até 168MHz. Acompanhando o "chipão" temos um chip de RAM Elpida de 8MB e uma memória flash Hynix de 1GB, uma ótima configuração para os homebrewers, apesar do barramento USB 1.1 ser meio lento. Sua tela LCD de 320x240 distribuídos por 2.8 polegadas é agradável e bem iluminada. Por motivos inexplicáveis a tela do meu ficou marcada no canto e o local agora mostra as cores mais claras do que o normal.

Sua tela desliza para cima, descobrindo os controles. O legal desse formato de gadget é que as tarefas mais básicas como tirar fotos, ouvir músicas, etc, podem ser feitas com ele fechado, tornando seu uso mais confortável. Uma falha do software (a primeira de muitas que citarei) é que não há nenhum botão para navegar pelas fotos enquanto ele está fechado, é preciso levantar a tela e pressionar os direcionais.

Há treze botões sendo que três deles são equivalentes, ou seja, na verdade há dez botões funcionais, além de um reset (para o caso de ele travar) e uma chave "hold", que bloqueia os botões. O botão reset fica exposto demais, é possível pressioná-lo acidentalmente, apesar de nunca ter me acontecido. O botão Play/Pause/Captura é posicionado estrategicamente na parte de cima do aparelho para que o seu manuseio seja bem parecido com o de uma câmera comum.

No lado de cima também fica a entrada para os fones de ouvido, de 3,5mm. Eles podem ser substituídos pelo alto-falante embutido, exceto na função de rádio quando seus fios servem como antena. Do lado direito estão os conectores A/V Out, Mini USB e o conector do carregador. O meu não veio com o cabo A/V, mas pelo menu do aparelho deu pra perceber que é possível ver fotos, músicas e vídeos na TV. Do lado esquerdo do aparelho está o slot para cartão SD, que suporta cartões de até 4GB, segundo o vendedor.

As fotos dão a impressão de que ele fica muito maior com a tela levantada, mas na verdade ela fica uns poucos centímetros pra fora do corpo. Comparando o tamanho do PMP com um iPod Touch (e uma cédula) ele dá quase dois iPod's:

Embora na lente venha escrito que a resolução da câmera é de 5MP a resolução máxima é de 2MP, creio eu interpolados. Não consegui descobrir a resolução nativa do sensor, mas algo me diz que ele possui na verdade 1.2MP, o que não importa... a qualidade das fotos é uma droga de qualquer jeito, todas saem parecendo obras de arte impressionista.

Já os vídeos, 320x240 em 3gpp, ficam bons o suficiente para poder mandar pro YouTube sem passar vergonha nenhuma. Tanto o modo câmera como o modo filmadora possuem os velhos conhecidos efeitos: P&B, sépia, relevo, solarizar, cores binárias e negativo. O tempo de resposta da câmera é muito bom, a imagem na tela é atualizada com pouquíssimo delay e não toma nem um segundo para armazenar a foto, mesmo na maior resolução.

O firmware, bem... o firmware é um lixo. O player de música não toca Ogg, só mp3, wma e outros formatos que eu não testei. Me ferrei, pois estava migrando toda a minha coleção de CD's para Ogg e já estava no meio da tarefa. Outra: o firmware não lê subdiretórios, ou seja, me ferrei de novo pois não dá pra organizar as músicas. O jeito está sendo criar listas aleatórias com o Amarok e sincronizar. Pelo menos ele suporta random. u.u'

Um ponto positivo, tanto do player de áudio quanto de vídeo (que toca MP4) é que é possível avançar rapidamente pelos arquivos, apesar de não ser possível marcar o arquivo nem a parte onde a reprodução parou da última vez, o que torna o PMP meio inútil para reproduzir arquivos muito grandes. O visualizador de fotos talvez seja o menos problemático, apesar de só ler JPG. Dá pra ver detalhes dos arquivos, tem um modo que mostra thumbnails (também funciona com vídeos) e ele faz apresentações de slides com as fotos.

O emulador de NES é bom, roda a maioria dos jogos e ainda salva. O problema são os botões que são muito barulhentos e duros pra jogar jogos mais rápidos como Contra. No mais o emulador é basicamente o que salva o PMP. Além do emulador há muitos outros extras, como bloco de notas, gravador de voz, rádio FM, calendário, calculadora, um dicionário inglês-chinês que lê os termos em inglês (huh), e um leitor de e-books no formato TXT.

Falei muito e ainda assim falta muita coisa a dizer. Este review é um relato das minhas impressões em relação ao meu novo brinquedinho. Gostei bastante dele apesar dos defeitos, mas se ele quebrasse não sei se compraria outro. Prometo postar outro dia um vídeo mostrando em detalhes a interface do MP5.

I asked him what his Mp5 was and he said 61 :O I couldn't believe it, i was sure i remembered Immordal telling him to watch his Mp5 only a couple of nights before. I tried to point out to him that although awesome for PvP his mana wouldn't last though a boss fight. After all thats what you aiming at, to have enough mana Regen that you can keep healing everyone through out the fight.

(After all we all know that size doesn't matter, it's how long you can go ;) )

The attitude i coped back was a bit much, he can be a real smart arse at times. Don't get me wrong everyone is entitled to an opionion, but saying "i have: Figurine - Seaspray Albatross, so i have it covered", was a bit rude. After all I'm only tring to help, I think i try and help to much, it just makes me seem like a smart arse too i guess.

A while back, the UHC MP5 SD3 was the crowned prince of spring "rifles". (A title only prestigious for those airsofters not in competitive CQB, of course.) It's only competition came in the form of the HFC MP5 A5 v2, which had slightly worse performance, and tended to jam more frequently.

Of course, now that the new kid on the block, UTG, is coming out with a whole bunch of pretty good guns, their spring pump MP5 A4/A5 CQB delivers comparable performance and a hi-cap clip for only $10 more, the UHC may have met it's match. But, there are still a few factors that make the UHC MP5 a great and unique deal.

The most noticeable characteristic is the bad-ass mock suppressor that can be attached to the gun. Unlike most airsoft silencers, this one actually functions to extend the barrel by more than 6 inches, increasing accuracy and range. The gun itself looks slightly strange without the silencer, but it's still an option.

The stock of the SD3 is also adjustable, though it only features 2 settings, in and out. Having the stock in and the silencer off makes this a very compact weapon, where as extending both brings you up to rifle-length. This customizability is definitely a perk.

The MP5's rotary diopter rear site is adjustable for windage and how accurate you want to be. Regardless of it's cool name, this type of site simply isn't feasible for skirmishes and are hard to use in certain lighting conditions. If I had to use this gun in a backyard match, I would attach a red-dot to the top dovetail mount. (Which has very little depth and is quite precarious).

Other than less than stellar iron-sites, the only other drawback of this gun is the magazine design. The stock UHC MP5 SD3 mag holds 21 rounds topped off and doesn't have any sort of blockage to keep them from falling out. If you tip it, they will fall. This makes multiple clips hard to deal with unless you're a pro with duct tape. The cocking system (handle on the left side of the gun) allows for a pretty high rate of fire, and those 20 or so rounds can go fast. This is where the HFC's 40 round clip comes in handy. Get one of these and sand just the top down a minute amount for almost flawless compatibility. The HFC clip has two rows of 20 rounds, one that releases as you lock it into the gun, and one that you manually release once your first row is exhausted. Doubling the capacity is nice, but frequent jams with this mechanism tempted me to go back to the original mag and speed load it. One other gripe regarding the clip, is that due to it's lack of any sort of stoppage, releasing a magazine that isn't empty from the gun without locking down the spring first will result in your ammo spraying up inside the gun and everywhere else. Trust me, friends will do this all the time.

Overall, the accuracy, consistency, customizability and bargain price of this spring gun make it one of the best longer-range spring options available. It's a great step up from spring pistols and, as always, won't break your bank. With the silencer, this thing looks awesome as well. Modeled after the iconic SMG, it looks and feels solid. Range is impressive and the power will definetly draw blood if you're not careful. How fun!

We now run with as much as a 100% more regeneration than Paladins and Shamans, while Druids also get an extra notch on their Bat-belts (they can now afford to put Regrowth into regular play). Even our shadowy pals get some love since Blizzard decided that their DPS tier sets needs spirit as well, in turn yielding a longer-lasting battery for our mana-hungry DPS powerhouses: Warlocks.

Mages are unfortunately left out it in the rain since no one in their right mind is going to sacrifice the points from Icy Veins and Emp. Fireball just to go balls deep in the PvE suck-fest that is middle-tier Arcane.  Sorry guys.

Es ahi cuando el recordatorio de que mañana te tenes que levantar temprano para ir a trabajar empeora toda situación alguna. Y el insomio parece instalado. Es ahi cuando no queda mejor remedio que tomar el mp5 y ver Evangelion, hasta que el sueño llegue a destino.

A Pioneer apresentou nesta segunda-feira (07/07) um disco ótico que promete resolver nossos problemas de armazenamento de dados. Isso porque cada unidade consegue suportar até 400GB de dados.

A mídia divide-se em 16 camadas, cada uma com 25GB, o que totaliza os 400GB. Além disso, o disco pode ser lido em leitores de Blu-ray, já que ele traz as mesmas especificações óticas deste formato de alta definição. No entanto, são necessárias "certas modificações" no mecanismo de leitura ótica, para que os dados sejam reconhecidos.

Até o momento, a Pioneer informa que seu disco poderá ser usado apenas para leitura de dados. No entanto, a empresa garante que é possível “reproduzir sinais de alta qualidade em cada camada da nova mídia”. Ainda segundo a companhia, “a tecnologia de discos óticos de 16 camadas reduzirá drasticamente o número de mídias utilizadas, contribuindo para a conservação das informações”.

HK MP-5A2 with fixed stock and plastic S-E-F trigger group.

The Heckler und Koch submachine gun, MP-5, is one of the most famous and wide-spread firearms of its class, developed since the Second World War. Its development began circa 1964 under the company designation HK MP-54, or simply HK 54. In the 1966, German police and Border Guard adopted the HK 54 as the MP-5, and it was originally available in two forms - MP-5 with fixed buttstock and MP-5A1 with retractable buttstock. Some years later HK slightly upgraded the design of MP-5, replacing the sights (from flip-up open notch rear and blade front to drum-type diopter rear and hooded post front) and the muzzle (replacing the two-slot muzzle compensator to the tree-lugs QD silencer mount without compensator). Other improvements made over the time concerned the magazines (early type magazines were of straight box type, latter - of curved box type for improved reliability). The trigger units also were upgraded - from original stamped steel with plastic grip to the all-plastic units, integral with grip, and with various fire modes and marking. Over the years MP-5 were adopted by the huge numbers of police, security and military forces around the world, including the German police and border guard, British police and elite Army SAS units, American police, FBI, Navy and Marine Corps, and many, many others. MP-5 is still manufactured in Germany by the HK itself, and also licensed to Greece, Iran, Pakistan and Mexico. The only real rival to the MP-5 in the terms of proliferation across the world is the famous Israeli UZI submachine gun. Most interestingly, the German Army (Bundeswehr) did not adopted the MP-5, most probably due to the economical reasons, and turned instead to the... UZI submachine guns, made under license in Belgium.
The success of the MP-5 is outstanding. It is based on the high quality and reliability of the gun, great single-shot accuracy (thanks to its closed bolt action), great flexibility and, of cause, good marketing. It seems that no other modern SMG at this time can rival the MP-5 in popularity (UZI is not manufactured anymore).

HK MP-5N. Modern version developed for US Navy. Features plastic trigger group of latest design, with ambidextrous selector lever and "icon" markings. Barrel is threaded to accept US-made detachable silencers, in addition to HK standard three-lug mounts. Retractable buttstock of A3 configuration.

The MP-5, basically, is no more than the scaled-down version of the Heckler-Koch G3 battle rifle. It shares the same basic design with stamped steel receiver and the same roller-delayed blowback action, derived from the post-war CETME rifles. The trigger units are hinged to the receiver and are now available with various fire mode options,  including 2 (Safe, Semi-auto), 3 (Safe, Semi, Full Auto) or 4 (Safe, Semi, Limited burst of 2 or 3 rounds, Full auto) position levers, ambidextrous or not, and marked with letters, digits or icons. The MP-5 is always fired from closed bolt for improved accuracy, but this limits the amount of sustained fire due to the barrel overheating and resulting cook-off problems. To avoid this, MP-5 cocking handle could be locked in the rear position in the special slot, leaving the bolt in the open position, with no cartridge in the chamber. To commence the fire one must simply release the cocking handle from its notch and then pull the trigger. Modern MP-5 submachine guns are equipped with three-lug quick detachable silencer mounts on the barrel. Sights are similar to other HK models, and consists of the front hooded post sight and the adjustable for windage and elevation drum-type diopter rear sight. Special quick-detachable clamp mounts allows for installation of night, optical and red-dot sights if required. Standard magazine capacity is 30 rounds, but shorter 15 rounds magazines are available. Special versions were developed and manufactured in limited numbers during 1980s-90s for the US Law Enforcement market, chambered for more powerful 10mm Auto (10x25mm) and .40S&W (10x22mm) ammunition. These guns can be easily distinguished from more common 9mm models by straight box 30 rounds magazines, made from plastic.

Navy Seals with MP5N

While all of MP-5 can be fitted with silencers, there also a dedicated silenced version of MP-5, called MP5SD2 or SD3 (depending on the stock type). This version is equipped with non detachable integral silencer, and the vented barrel, to reduce the bullet muzzle velocity down below the speed of sound. The MP-5SD is intended to fire standard 9mm ammunition, not the special subsonic one.

Semi-automatic only versions of the MP-5 were once made for civilian market under the designation of HK-94, some with longer, 16 inch (406 mm) barrels, to conform with US laws. There also is an US company, called Special Weapons LLC, that is manufacturing semi-automatic, civilian MP-5 clones in various pistol calibers, including the .45ACP.

Visual difference between trigger units:
left -earliest type stamped steel with plastic grip (converted from semi-auto only civilian gun HK 94, with American markings on selector);
middle - early type all-plastic with S-E-F markings;
right - most modern all-plastic design of "A4" variation, with additional 3-rounds burst facility and icon markings.
