BUT we realised the pay was wrong! we were paid 5hrs less loh.. told the person and she took back our cheques to double check... zZzZzZz.. gt a feeling will drag for some time loh.. sianz! better check and give us back our 5hrs ah!!

nite time went over to FE hse for mahjong.. it has been mths since i last played mahjong sia.. haha.. 1st time play with BW.. all of us think is he pro de loh.. LOL... in the end.. i played from 9pm - 5am and i nv win at all loh.. so sad! haha..

rot till 6am plus and we went mac for breakfast.. i dun really have the chance to eat their breakfast one loh.. coz by the time i wake up.. they selling lunch already.. LOL!

according to my revision schedule.. i shld start revising last thurs and yet till 2dae.. i still haven revise anything.. the whole schedule is being messed up by me again.. tml die die must start le lah! the thought of revising and preparing for exams make me sianz! sighz

And I realised Joshua Ho is damn nice and gentleman today! He behaves more like what a boyfriend should be doing. Seriously, I find him rather attractive today. Perhaps, it is really like what he said - he has become more "man", not like the usual “sister” of xiuhui and me.

I rushed to give tuition near Hanyang's house, and met Xiuhui after that for a while and walked home alone. I have been enjoying walks home alone these few nights.

I gave him a call again and he finally picked up. He actually wanted to find me tomorrow but I wonder how I am going to spend through the night if things are still in a mess. So, he came to find me while I waited for an hour.

Et pas celle du bonhomme crucifié de Sarah Palin, évidemment.

Hier soir, j'ai donc commencé à vanter le iPod Touch à la personne la plus exposée à mes sermons: ma soeur. Après seulement quelques minutes à me voir m'amuser sur mon bidule au beau design, elle s'en est emparée et a essayé toutes les fonctions une par une, s'exclamant avec un enthousiasme croissant "j'en veux un !" La conversion est en cours. Bientôt son âme sera sauvée ! Il faut dire que c'est un cheminement facile pour elle, puisqu'elle fait déjà partie des ouailles d'Apple (elle a un iPod vidéo 5ème génération, un iPod Shuffle, et elle m'envie ouvertement d'avoir un portable qui ne bogue pas).

Maintenant, vers qui d'autre tourner mes missionnaires préoccupations ? Mes collègues en médecine vont-ils délaisser le Palm et se convertir au iPod Touch ?

I've found new "kaki" for mahjong which is my colleagues Sara and Mei Sim.  =)  We manage to crash at Sara's place overnight over a weekend.  We do lunch, bake cakes, mahjong, fish spa, facial and went to indulge ourselves with dessert!  *devilicious*

 

Ok, what I intend to blog is Sara's mahjong table!  Its so cool that I think people say I come from very the ulu place! hahha....

We ate (it's the Jurado house, son..duhhh), I slept, and then around mid-afternoon we broke out the mahjong set and I was schooled in the tradition of this ancient Chinese game.

The game is much more fun than poker or any card game you can think of. The tactile aspect of the tiles, the beautiful visuals of the symbols carved into each piece, the significance of the walls of pieces that you must play off of...all of these intricate little details make for one of the most beautiful Sunday afternoons that I have experienced in recent memory.

Big up and lots of love to Tita Jesse for taking the time to teach a brutha how to get down on the North-South-East-West tip. I actually won a game, and the rest of the games everyone else cheated, which prevented me from maintaining my win streak (or maybe they didn't cheat..but I like to think that they did).

Sweetie really wanted to have her mom teach us the art of this game because she felt like it was something that our generation hasn't really gone out of our way to learn. I must say that although I'm not Chinese, I feel honored that I can carry on tradition and teach other youngins how to play (and how to get their lunch money took by The Deacon of Speakin' on the Weekend).

本來今年考兩科，現在變成考四科。 我只能說現在真的要努力了，不管多累多忙都要抽空讀！ 

因為我僅省三個多月的時間溫習。 我覺得沒有必要為過去已經發生過的事感到後悔。 

最重要的是向前看。 畢竟是自己的錯而且也接受了這個事實。 所以我不會感到難過。 

當我知道成績之後，我真的覺得很看開。 第一件事就是打電話給我媽。 

我說：媽，我知道成績了，我兩科不及格。 她就哦！ Haha，我媽的反應就是這樣。 

8.30正。 我的三位同事就進來了。 其中一位同事對我說新年快樂，我就作弄它們。 哎呀,新年不快樂啦。 

本來這幾天在家真的過的很逍遙寫意，吃吃喝喝睡睡看電視。 

誰知道，今天我看到晴天霹靂的消息，就是我有兩科不及格！ 

我的上司非但沒有安慰我，反而笑問：你考幾科？ 我也大笑回答考三科。 

後來我就拿到第一封吉祥的開工紅包。 我又作弄我的上司。 

嘿，我的心情有變好哦！ 我的上司就說會好嗎？ 接著我就說：如果你讓我早回，我的心情會更好。 

Haha,然後我的上司說不知道就走出去泡咖啡。 

其實我會這樣問，是因為我的朋友Viola在msn說，可能今天半天。 我看了就好羨慕才想到要問我上司。 

12.00正我們就吃buffet。 2.00正有菜青表演。 之後就自由時間。 

初四的第一天每個人還是沉浸在新年的氣氛，無心做工。 

顧名思義就是老闆也跟它們湊熱鬧，一起玩blackjack, mahjong。 

因為我不賭所以就上網至5.00正knock off。 我的初四就這樣過了。 。 

初五。 我看到Viola馬上msn問，feeling better? 因為昨天Viola說：knock off要去看醫生。 

請看以下的對話。 

Viola：Yes 

我：沒有分別只是早半個小時knock off 

Viola： 3pm。以為Viola會早下班，沒想到跟我一樣。 。 

(鄭重聲明：爽在新年那幾天而已， 考試不及格的原因是沒有時間和精神天天讀書)
