Life if relationships and how we navigate those relationships. Take a minute, take 30 minutes and tell those people they made you. Send a Facebook message to them saying "hey I've never told you this but..." We work with and want to change youth but lets not forget we were one once too. And once someone took the time to care for us and took the time to show us that we mattered. They shared some knowledge, some time, some love, some food, some space.

So often the work that we do is not seen or even validated. Go back and validate all the hours of the people who made you.

The social piece of MadeBig is quite interesting too. The site provides areas for members with varied interests: there are hundreds of Groups (I tried to get the exact number but I kept losing count) that focus on all different types of interests, everyone can have their own blog, members can post photos in their galleries and more. I'm particularly fond of the "feed" idea - there are "social" and "user" feeds. Social feeds give you information about what your friends are doing on the MadeBig site and user feeds are located on your profile and tell all of your friends and profile visitors what you've been up to on MadeBig. I think it's a great way to push content around and also keep members linked to each other. After all, who doesn't like to know what their friends and neighbors are doing? We are a nosy bunch!

I've been browsing Richi's madebig site and I'm liking what I've seen. I'm going to keep visiting it daily to see what else he comes up with.

O intuito da rede Globo além de tentar recuperar uma decadência no horário das 18 horas busca outros públicos. A Globo está notando decadência na audiência de suas novelas no exterior. Para buscar de volta essa populariedade a Globo investe em cenas gravadas em outras partes do mundo para conseguir chamar melhor a atenção do público brasileiro e internacional. Com Negócio da China a emissora busca não alavancar  apenas o IBOPE das 18 horas no Brasil, mas tambmém melhorar a audiência da SIC em Portugal, mesmo lá como cá, Ciranda de Pedra obteve um índice baixissimo de telespectaodres ligados na frete da tela. Para atrair o público português, Negócio da China por Miguel Falabella apresenta um núcleo totalmente lusitano.

Como a rede Globo está iniciando uma nova caminhada para a exportação de progrmas e novelas brasileiras, nada melhor do que agradar ao público internacional que irá assisti-las. Há pouco tempo depois de 30 anos depois do sucesso de Escrava Isaura na China, a Globo voltou com tudo para buscar os orientais com a novela Da cor do Pecado. Agora com Negócio da China a rede Globo tenta consolidar novos telespectadores do oriente, além do nome da novela como tema central a China, algumas cenas da Novela também foram gravadas em Macau. Hong Kong e Portugal.

  São tantas marcas de automóvel, querendo entrar no mercado brasileiro, e ainda vem os chineses. Eles estão vindo com sua frota de carros baratos e poluentes. Na minha opnião, um monte de porcaria Made in China.

  Era só o que faltava...Banheiros unissex. Imaginem a zona que seria aqui no Brasil? Ou pior, imagine aquele banheiro de beira de estrada masculino, sendo frequentado por mulheres!
• Heteroflexíveis formam a nova tribo das baladas de São Paulo
  Estou ficando com medo de ir para a balada! Esse negócio de beijo na boca de pessoas, do mesmo sexo, não é para mim.
• Reforma ortográfica
  Tanta coisa para o governo se preocupar, e eles me vêm com uma Reforma Ortográfica (mau feita). Nem especialista consegue explicar as regras...Impressionante (N.E.: É claro que o nosso presidente aprovou...Ele mal sabe escrever. - rs).
