Y hablando tengo tiempo que no juego AC6 me quede en la mision 13 creo, Armas de destruccion Masiva, donde me enfrento casi solo al mayor regimiento de aviones enemigo que alguna vez pude imaginar, no miento al decir que seguramente eran mas de 100, para pasar esa mision voy a necesitar mucho tiempo y dinero.
Si necesitan algun conocimiento extra de Ace Combat solo diganme.

...e com o recente anúncio que além da versão do XBox 360, agora também vai sair uma pra PSP, resolvi pesquisar e fazer o post.

Como já disse antes, todos os consoles da nova geração tem algo que me interessa.
No caso do XBox 360, um dos jogos que me chamou atenção foi The Idolm@ster!

A mais pura verdade porém, é que até agora não entendi muito bem do que se trata o jogo.
Aparentemente é um jogo desses de ritmo (DDR, Guitar Hero, Parappa the Rapper) que você precisa apertar os botões na hora certa pra ganhar.

Fez tanto sucesso no japão (o jogo só existe no japão, talvez por isso pouca gente ouviu falar dele aqui), que já tem um OVA (anime, não segue a mesma história) e figures das personagens.

Eu já tava achando que só ia ver o jogo se conseguisse alguém com um XBox 360 louco o suficiente pra importar o jogo... mas agora que vai sair a versão pro PSP, já fiquei na expectativa.

O jogo tem um pouco a ver com a cultura Otaku japonesa, das idols e dos grupos de idols do Jpop japonês. Talvez faço um post explicando isso um pouco melhor no futuro.

...and with the recent announcement that the PSP will also get a version, I decided to write the post.

Like I said before, all new gen consoles has something that caught my attention.
XBox 360 case, one of the games was The Idolm@ster!

Truth is though, I still don't fully understand the gameplay.
It seems Idolm@ster is a rhythm game (like DDR, Guitar Hero and Parappa the Rapper)... you have to hit the right buttons at the right time to win.

Was a hit in Japan (game is Japan only... probably the reason why few people heard about it around these parts), already has an OVA (anime, which don't follow the same storyline) and character figures.

I though I was only gonna play the game when I found someone with an XBox 360 crazy enough to import the game... but now with the PSP version... high expectations.

The game has something to do with the japanese otaku culture, with pop idols and groups.
Maybe I'll make a post about it in the future to explain in detail.

After pondering on why episode 6 of Kure-nai just plain worked for me, I came to the realization that most anime series would work as full-featured musicals.

At the core, what's the point of a musical? A musical illustrates the human condition and emotional state through song (and in many cases, dance). A musical is, in essence, a story of passion. Of individuals bettering themselves. A commentary on society's ill failings and triumphs. A musical can be about any of these things and more.

Aren't these similar reasons for why we watch anime? I know that it's been said that some of us dedicated passion to our hobby. It's certainly how many veterans of the medium explain their continued fandom after oh so many years. Even further than that, music is an inspiration for many in their daily lives. For some, it's what keeps them waking up every morning.

It's already implied, but I'd have no issues with the remaining episodes of Kure-nai in a musical format. I'd prefer it, actually.

A Figure de Azusa é uma das peças mais bem feitas e bonitas que eu já vi. O direito autoral sobre a personagem é da Namco(Namco Bandai), mas a peça foi fabricada pela Good Smile Company - companhia que vem se destacando no mercado pela qualidade de suas peças.

Azusa Miura é uma das personagens do jogo The Idolmaster, que popularmente pode ser encontrado escrito assim: THE iDOLM@STER, escrita comercial adotada pela Namco.

O jogo foi lançado apenas no Japão, primeiramente, apenas para máquinas de ficha (Arcade Game) em 26 de Julho de 2005. Em 25 de Janeiro de 2007 foi lançada uma versão para Xbox 360 a qual arrebatou muito mais fãs que a versão arcade. Tendo como temática o estilo de jogo musical, The Idolmaster é onde o jogador pode trilhar a carreira de sucesso da personagem a qual ele escolher, ao todo existem 9 candidatas a Ídolo Pop do estúdio 765 Production, entre a candidatas esta Azusa Miura.

Devido ao grande sucesso foi criado um anime baseado no jogo com as mesmas personagens do jogo original, chamado Idolmaster:Xenoglossia.

A primeira vez que eu vi algumas fotos dessa peça, fiquei completamente encantada. Sempre acompanho as fotos de Happy Soda, mas depois que vi as fotos da mesma Figure batidas por Foo-bar-baz fiquei mais encantado ainda, as fotos dele sempre denunciam os mais ínfimos e íntimos defeitos em qualquer peça, mas nessa foi praticamente impossível perceber qualquer problema por menor que fosse.

Azusa segue a escala 1/6 (ainda 1:6 ) indica que ela tem 1/6 (um sexto) do tamanho real da personagem, o que transforma a figures em uma peça de 28 cm (centímetros) de altura, existem figures de diversos tamanhos e proporções, mas o mais popularizado é 1/8.

Nos sites da Good Smile ela tem o preço sugerido de Y$ 9.800 iens (algo aproximadamente R$ 156,34 reais), sem custo de envio. Um valor um tanto alto para uma única peça, mas que caso você consiga comprar, vale todo o esforço - já procurei muito, mas nunca vi para vender em loja nenhuma. :(

Essa foi uma review de figure bem diferente, pois eu mesma não possuo a peça. Que tal esse modelo de review? Estive pensado em mesclar este modelo com o anterior onde eu mesmo bato as foto e falo das peças que eu comprei.

I don't really collect figures. Because, I've seen what it leads to ( :D ) and I think that if I did, I would aim at a higher quality figures and thus creating black holes in my wallet. But as I'm not collecting, just buying because I happened to think "oh, hey! These figures are included in the sale. Cool.", this is about as good it's gonna get, I'm afraid OTL

As you might've known or not, Play-Asia had a "Year of the rat"-sale going on until yesterday and it was thanks to that reason I decided to buy.
As for the figure itself, she's Yayoi Takatsuki from the game IDOLM@STER (and the anime, but they got their designs changed) and she's from a trading collection so which figure you got was random. Considering that, I think of myself as quite lucky, even though the one I really wanted was Haruka.

Anyway, here are some less good photos for your viewing pleasure:

I don't consider it a bad figure, actually, I'm quite pleased but it's a bit on the smaller side and she can't stand on her own, and the disc for her to stand on is a tad too big and an eyesore, really.
I'm no figure expert but I can't find anything that is off in particular when it comes to the details and actual sculpt.
So considering I gave 6.70$ for her, I guess got what i expected.

Now, problem is however, as I am still kinda pleased with her and I saw that there's another trading set being released soon (wants the Chihaya one) with the other IDOLM@STER characters, I'm interested in that as well.
...which is bad...because....as I said, I don't collect on figures and don't really intend to either. Why? Simple, because if I did, I might buy more and I came to the conclusion that...no matter how pretty they are, in the end they just seem to act as an interesting part of the room for dust to cover. ;_ ;
