<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nosso passeio do dia 25/07 foi ao Aeroporto Internacional de Curitiba. A escolha foi dos filhos, que queriam ver aviões grandes de perto.<br />
Passamos 2 horas, das 15 às 17 horas, olhando, fotografando e gravando vídeo de aviões.<br />
No total foram 5 vídeos e e 122 fotos. Destas fotos, selecionei 11, onde aparecem todos os 12 aviões que nós vimos durante o tempo que estivemos lá.<br />

22 luglio 2008 Procede il progetto eroportuale regionale, dopo lapertura al trasporto civile de]]></description>

<p align="justify"><span style="font-size:x-small;color:#cc0000;">22 luglio 2008</span> <span style="font-size:x-small;">Procede il progetto eroportuale regionale, dopo lapertura al trasporto civile dell'aeroporto di Pontecagnano, è stato finalmente registrato alla Corte dei Conti.il decreto del ministro della Difesa che sancisce il passaggio all’ENAC dei beni del demanio militare aeronautico dell’aeroporto di Capua.<br />
L’aeroporto di Capua assume così lo status di aeroporto civile aperto al traffico civile. Una importante risultato anche per le aziende aeronautiche campane che potranno utilizzare la pista per i test di volo dei loro velivoli di aviazione generale</span>.</p>

<p align="justify"><span style="font-size:x-small;">Slittamento di un anno delle prime consegne per il Superjet 100, l’aereo prodotto dalla joint venture Sukhoi- Alenia. Una fonte vicina a Sukhoi, riportata dalle agenzie di stampa internazionali, riferisce che le prime consegne, annunciate per la fine del 2008, ora sono previste a partire dalla seconda metà del 2009. «I test di certificazione dell’ aereo finiranno nel terzo trimestre 2009. - ha riferito la fonte - Noi ci aspettiamo di fare le consegne dopo». La compagnia russa Aeroflot attendeva per la fine di quest’ anno l’inizio le primissime consegne delle 30 macchine ordinate e destinate a sostituire i Tu-134. Al momento il superjet 100 ha 73 ordini e 31 opzioni. Airbus and Boeing face “increasingly tough production decisions” as they try to elaborate strategies for the end of the next decade. With the introduction of Bombardier’s C-Series,<!--more--> there is new competition in the single-aisle segment. Besides, engine makers are stepping up pressure on the plane manufacturers with “mixed messages”. Airbus and Boeing will have to consider a wide array of engine candidates -ranging from the traditional CFM International Leap-X, to Pratt &#38; Whitney’s geared turbofan and to Rolls-Royce’s open rotor. The magazine says Airbus would be more open to Pratt &#38; Whitney’s geared turbofan as a mid-term improvement for its A320. John Leahy, chief commercial officer, hinted at a possible reengining within two and a half to three years. Still, both Airbus and Boeing -who are employing a “wait-and-see position” for now- agree that brand new A320s and B737s would not come to the market until a 2017-2020 timeframe. Airbus has been paying the price of earlier management mistakes on its A380 programme.<!--more--> But it is putting those errors right, even if this implies cultural stresses and strains within the company. According to Prof. Lawrence, bringing thousands of German workers to the Toulouse line was a necessary step, though the move has caused tensions with the French. He recalls that Boeing went through the same “enormous and daunting challenges” a decade ago, when it had to close down the 747 line, introducing radically different ways of working while hugely ramping up production at the same time. <p>Last week was a good week for EAD's subsidiary <a href="http://www.airbus.com" target="_blank">Airbus</a> at the Farnborough Air Show. The company announced over $40 billion worth of orders, which consisted of 247 aircraft, primarily from European and Asian carriers. The two largest orders were from two Middle Eastern Carriers, DAE Capital (aircraft leasing for Dubai Aerospace) and Etihad Airways. DAE ordered a total of 100 aircraft, worth about $12.6 billion, for 30 A350-900s and 70 A320s. Etihad's order consisted of 55 aircraft, including  25 A350 XWBs, 10 A380s, and 20 A320s. Other carriers to join the party included: Aeroflot (5 A321s), Asiana (30 A350 XWBs), Aviation Capital Group (23 Airbus A32X), Saudia (8 A330-300s), Synergy Aerospace (10 A350-800s), and Tunisair (10 A320s, 3 A330-200s &#38; 3 A350-800s). The aircraft manufacturer also received commitments from Qatar Airways, Alis, and AerCap. That's quite a sum of aircraft when you look at it. To me, it looks like the A350 is growing with primary Airbus users, but the 787 is still far beyond, orders wise.</p>
<p>Now on to <a href="http://www.boeing.com" target="_blank">Boeing</a>. Only one order was announced by Boeing at the air show, and that was Air China's purchase of $6.3 billion worth of aircraft. The order consists of 15 777-300ERs and 30 737-800s. You might be thinking, that's it? I'm not very shocked. In past years, Boeing does not always publically announce it's deals with carriers as boldly as Airbus does. Yet, I'm not surprised, since Airbus has been catching up to Boeing, in the past few years, for orders.</p>
<p>When it comes down to it, Boeing had more orders coming in to the Air Show with 542 (July 15th last reported). Airbus had 487 (June 30th last reported) coming in to the Air Show. If you add in the orders from this airshow, Airbus has 743 orders and Boeing has 587.  So far, Airbus is ahead of Boeing by 156 orders. Farnborough was a huge leap for Airbus and we'll have to wait and see how this plays out for them in Q3 and Q4.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>La información fluye desde la torre de control del aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México con un eco estático, y el Capitán Pedro Cota responde. Estamos autorizados para despegar por la pista 23, y el remolque enfila el avión mientras revisamos los controles. “Armar toboganes”. “Listo”, respondo. “Flaps”. “Listos”. “Ajustar el estabilizador”. “Listo”, replico nuevamente sin poder contener la emoción. Las manos me sudan, el remolque se aleja, y tomo los controles luego de establecer la velocidad en tierra para conducir hasta la pista. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> <!--more--><br />
</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>La tarde cae con esa luz tan especial. Los volcanes al fondo, la ciudad con su velo grisáceo invernal. Con la mano derecha giro la perilla que controla el tren frontal, con los pies ajusto el freno. Luego de ubicar la pista regreso los controles al capitán, quien tras escuchar el “<em>Mexicana</em></span><span> dos 22 tiene permiso para despegar, buen viaje”, confirma y acelera. Zuuuuumban las turbinas, todo vibra, mi cabeza se retrae. Pasados los 100 nudos la nariz comienza a levantarse, y de pronto, sin más ni más, estamos en el aire, ascendiendo mientras mi tierra natal se vuelve miniatura y nos sumergimos a la dimensión etérea de las nubes. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Un coloso gentil</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>El capitán me cede los controles de nuevo, y me afianzo a la palanca del “Fly by Wire” que utilizan los aviones modernos. Es un sistema hidráulico de impulsos eléctricos que evita las poleas y cables con los que se manipulaba el curso de los aviones antiguos y, por ende, los errores humanos. 50 millones de dólares de material y tecnología, de fantasías y destinos se mueven sutilmente con mi mano. Este <em>Airbus A320</em></span><span> es un coloso, con 150 pasajeros a bordo, casi cuarenta metros de largo y otros tantos de envergadura, que se debe tratar como una dama. La culminación de un sueño concebido por Leonardo da Vinci. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>El “Primary Flight Display” es el corazón de su navegación, y lo único que me importa en el momento. Debo alcanzar la altura y velocidad crucero -10,500 metros y 800 Km./h- siguiendo el curso que me pauta la computadora con el horizonte auxiliar rumbo a Nueva York. Al encumbrar encendemos el piloto automático. Podíamos haberlo hecho antes, pero por qué perderse el placer. Ahora podemos platicar, tomando café y atardecer de nubarrones afelpados.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Charla entre <em>cumulus</em></strong></span><span><strong> y <em>nimbus</em></strong></span><span><strong></strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>El Capitán Cota tiene más de 35 años volando y un prestigio que no conoce fronteras. Me compartió que en su casa se hablaba sólo de aviones, jornadas, y tiempos de vuelo, ya que su padre, retirado hace 29 años, también piloteó para <em>Mexicana</em></span><span> y para Echeverría alrededor del mundo. El contexto ideal que lo llevó a las aulas de la escuela de aviación civil CIAC, y luego al aire la mañana del 8 de Diciembre de 1970. Sus alas inaugurales fueron las de un <em>Mentor</em></span><span> con matrícula XE-CAG, y al aterrizar recibió las tradicionales patadas y baño de lodo como bienvenida. “Lo aceptas con gusto”, me dijo, “porque no hay nada como ser aviador”. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>La historia de este linaje de aeronautas, como la de la aviación en México, está íntimamente ligada a la de <em>Mexicana</em></span><span>, una de las primeras aerolíneas en el mundo, con 85 años en operación y la flota más joven en la industria. “Un sólo vuelo”, me platicó, “involucra muchos meses de planeación y a miles de personas para poderse realizar, con comodidad y seguridad”. Con ello un nuevo concepto y admiración como viajero, previamente antipático y quejumbroso ante la idea de viajar en avión, vio la luz. Adoro cuando alguien disfruta tanto lo que hace que te contagia. Así que le pedí apagar el piloto automático, para entregarme a la sensación casi hipnótica que me procuraba el pilotear.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Un <em>pretzel</em></strong></span><span><strong> en Nueva York</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Volar es mágico. Recuerdo cuando de niño mi padre siempre buscaba la forma de meterme a la cabina para conocer al capitán. Envuelto en el aura de su cabina luminosa, en sus ojos veía nubes y amaneceres, ráfagas de viento y tormentas de nieve, otros países, otro mundos. En ese entonces la aviación era glamorosa, y el piloto una figura que difundía admiración. Pero, hoy día, por la neurosis colectiva deben encerrarse bajo llave relegados al olvido. Y los tomamos por hecho, sin importarnos su servicio. Tratemos, al menos, de saludar al capitán cuando viajemos. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>El tiempo pasó volando, más literalmente que nunca, y comenzamos el descenso. Una tormenta de nieve nos esperaba en el aeropuerto <em>JFK</em></span><span>, y la visibilidad era nula. A seis millas vislumbramos la ciudad, de noche, imponente con su bahía y edificios. El capitán aterrizó con dulzura a pesar de las inclemencias y sentí la seguridad de tierra firme, aunque preferí la del aire. Para celebrar dije “le invitó un <em>pretzel</em></span><span>”. Pero cuando me libré del cinturón y salí de la cabina nos esperaban los técnicos del simulador <em>Thomson Training &#38; Simulation Airbus A320</em></span><span> tipo D tercera generación de 11 millones de dólares, único en el país, con el que ensayan los pilotos de <em>Mexicana</em></span><span>. No cabe duda que la mente es poderosa, pero a mi nadie me quita mis alas. Gracias por el viaje Capitán, y por no patearme. Saludos desde Túnez.</span></p>

The Daily Telegraph says these obstacles may have less to do with the sale price of the wing factory and more with securing long-term work contracts on future Airbus programmes. GKN, in fact, hopes to transform the Filton site into a centre of excellence for composites. Hence, the group is negotiating a work package for the new Airbus A350. The 2008 edition of the Farnborough Air Show closed its doors to professionals yesterday. <!--more-->Airbus and Boeing won 444 combined firm orders worth $ 62Bn at list prices –compared with 600 deals signed at last year’s Paris Air Show. Still, despite the current economic context, this edition was the “second best” in Airbus’s history, pointed out CEO Thomas Enders. Indeed, high oil prices prompt airlines to equip their fleets with younger, more fuel-efficient aircraft. Airbus grabbed more orders than its rival Boeing. But Les Echos recalls that the US group announces its orders all year round, while Airbus generally waits for such events as air shows to make announcements. In the detail, Boeing recorded 197 firm orders worth $ 23.5Bn, compared with 247 orders for Airbus ($ 38Bn). The European plane maker even lifted its full-year order target from an initial prevision of 700 sales to 850, said chief commercial officer John Leahy. He however acknowledged that in the second half, “demand will be weaker than in the first half”. Yet, both Airbus and Boeing are confident for the long term. Randy Tinseth, Boeing Commercial Airplanes’s marketing director, said he did not believe in massive order cancellations. Besides, if airlines go bankrupt, their delivery slots will surely be taken up by others. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Airbus increases its industrial presence in China. Borsen-Zeitung reports that Airbus has agreed to form a joint venture with Chinese Harbin Aircraft Industry Group. The plane maker will hold a 20% stake in the joint venture,<!--more--> with its Chinese partners controlling the remaining 80%. The newly-created supplier is meant to build composite components for the A320 and the planned A350 XWB. Production is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2009. Last year, recalls the German daily, Airbus had agreed with Beijing to get 5% of the A350 programme manufactured in China. Besides, the joint venture will help Airbus’s reorganisation, which aims at reducing costs by relocating production to the dollar area.<strong><em> Borsen-Zeitung</em></strong></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dia 17 de julho de 2007 foi um dia que não será esquecido por muita gente. Há um ano o Brasil levou um susto ao ter as programações noturnas das rádios, das tvs, interrompidas pela notícia de que um avião da Tam havia se chocado a um depósito da própria empresa, na Av. Washington Luiz, zona sul de São Paulo.</p>
<p>Na hora do acidente ninguém sabia ao certo o que estava acontecendo, e mesmo um ano depois do desastre, muitas dúvidas ainda faltam ser esclarecidas.</p>
<p><strong>O Acidente</strong></p>
<p>O acidente aconteceu na noite chuvosa de 17 de julho, com o Airbus-A320, vôo 3054 da Tam, que vinha do sul com destino a São Paulo.</p>
<p>O avião que tinha a bordo 187 pessoas, entre passageiros e tripulantes não conseguiu aterrisar na pista do Aeroporto de Congonhas, acabou passando direto, atravessou a Av. Whashington Luiz, bateu em um galpão da própria Tam e explodiu, em seguida.</p>
<p>Além das 187 vítimas que estavam dentro da aeronave, mais doze pessoas que trabalhavam no depósito da Tam Express também morreram.</p>
<p><strong>Possíveis causas</strong></p>
<p>Muitas hipóteses foram levantados sobre o que teria acontecido com o avião, para não ter conseguido pousar. Falaram em falha humana (dos pilotos), falha no reverso (um dos manetes não estava na posição de pouso), a pista molhada, entre outras.</p>
<p>O relatório final do Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (CENIPA) ainda não está pronto, mas a causa mais provável, seria a falha no reverso, ou seja, na hora do pouso é necessário que os dois manetes estejam na mesma posição, para que o avião tenha força máxima para parar. Mas ao que se sabe, apenas o manete do lado esquerdo (responsável pelo motor do mesmo lado) estava em posição, sendo que o outro não foi acionado, pois estava travado.</p>
<p>Segundo a assessoria do Cenipa, as investigações estão em fase de conclusão.</p>
<p>Os possíveis responsáveis serão:</p>
<p>- A Anac (Agência Nacional de Aviação); uma vez que era a responsável por aplicar as regras que diziam como operar em caso de chuva, pista molhada, além de vetar pouso com o reverso travado. O que ela não fez naquele dia.</p>
<p>- A Infraero (<span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:&#34;">Empresa Brasileira de Infra-Estrutura Aeroportuária); por ter liberado a pista do aeroporto, depois de ter ficado fechada para reformas, sem os devidos <em>groovings </em>(pequenas rachaduras que ajudam a escoar a água da chva).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;">- A Tam; por ter deixado de treinar a tripulação para este tipo de ocorrência.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;"><strong>A família das vítimas</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;">Um ano após o acidente, a Tam fechou acordo de indenização com 78 famílias. Está sendo processada por outras 68, e 53 ainda não se manifestaram judicialmente.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:x-small;">Das 199 vítimas do acidente, quatro corpos ainda não foram identificados.</span></p>
