A proeza foi realizada em uma estrada da cidade de West Richland, no estado de Washington, nos EUA. Duas pistas foram fechadas ao público para a realização do feito. Foram três passagens medidas, e logo na primeira o Aero TT cravou o recorde. Nas outras duas medições ele passou 409 km/h e 411 km/h, ambas com boa vantagem sobre os 407 km/h do Veyron 16.4.

O supercarro americano fabricado pela Shelby SuperCars, conta com motor Chevrolet V8 biturbo de 6.3 litros, derivado do Corvette C5R. Ele desenvolve nada menos que 1 196 cv de potência e estúpidos 132 kgfm de torque, o que o levou ao recorde e a ser um dos carros mais rápidos do mundo também: leva 2s8 para ir da imobilidade aos 100 km/h. Os engenheiros ainda acreditam que ele possa superar os 430 km/h, indo a 436 km/h em condições climáticas mais propícias, porém, com o resultado de hoje ele já pode ser considerado uma lenda de seu tempo.

Funny thing happen over the weekend. I found out that lying to national magazines and holding back information violates United States Federal RICO statutes. I tried my best to give Jerod Shelby every opportunity to settle this suit with me. CrescentLine. LongBeach. Shipping Records. I am going to all major Radio and Television stations to get my point across. Forbes lied if Jerod lied to them and I would think they would not take to kindly to being smeared. If SSC's story was a lie can you imagine what readers would feel. Forbes lies in all their articles. That is what readers will think. Lets see if I cant get my point across this way.

The most important thing in life is honesty. If you don't lie then you never have to worry about turning all red and swallowing hard. The proof is in the video which I now have in my possesion. My hand has been forced in my dealings with SSC and Jerod Shelby as well as Junus Khan. David Raber, Robert Carr, RPM Exotic MotorWorks. In 2005 I worked very hard as the West Coast Sales Manager for SSC (Shelby Super Cars). In 2005 Shelby Super Cars had one foot in bankruptcy and one foot on a banana peel. I saved this company and I am the sole reason they have managed to go world wide. Through my connections in the industry as well as my sparkling personality I achieved greatness in the eyes of many but was eventually stabbed in the back by a cold hearted thief. My connections alone were able to bring Jerod Shelby and SSC Ultimate Aero TT to the arena with the big dogs. Recaro, Blood Enterprises, Penske, Corsa, SSBC, PPG, Digital Designs, Michelin, Mobil 1, Dewetron, HRE (which by the way I brokered the initial rim deal), Jason Thorgalson Photography, and Super Speeders should be aware that there is a pending lawsuit in Southern California. I called and spoke to him on several occasions. Now I have to sit back and suck all of this up hold my head up high and hope that the United States Constitution will guarantee me justice. If anyone out there knows of any of those cars being sold in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Dubai or anywhere on the planet please let me know. Justice will be served.
