A világ legnagyobb grafikus processzortervezője három asztali és öt mobil felhasználásra szánt chipet dobott piacra, melyekkel az AMD igen kellemetlen Radeonjaira kíván gyors választ adni.</strong></p>

<p><a href="http://hardwareinput.files.wordpress.com/2008/08/nvidia-girl.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-348" src="http://hardwareinput.wordpress.com/files/2008/08/nvidia-girl.jpg?w=250" alt="" width="234" height="178" /></a>Az NVIDIA a piac legértékesebb részén, a középkategóriában igyekszik felvenni a küzdelmet a rendkívül jó ár-teljesítmény mutatójú AMD ATI Radeon HD 4850 kártyákkal a GeForce 9800 GTX+ révén. A 9800 GTX utódjaként érkezik a 9800 GTX+, mely architekturálisan megegyezik elődjével, ugyanakkor már kisebb geometriájú, 65 helyett 55 nanométeres csíkszélességű félvezető-eljárással készül a tajvani TSMC egy gyárában. A mintegy negyedével kisebb lapka nemcsak olcsóbb előállítási költséget, ezen keresztül pedig nagyobb árazásbeli mozgásteret jelent az NVIDIA számára, de javítja a fogyasztási jellemzőket is, ami teret enged az órajel gazdaságos megemelésének.<br />

A 9800 GTX+ ugyanazzal a felépítéssel bír, mint elődje, vagyis 128 feldolgozóegység (stream processor), 64 textúrázó és 16 raszterizáló végzi a dolgát rajta, melyeket 256 bites adatbusz etet. A 754 millió tranzisztort integráló chip ugyanakkor 738 megahertzen, 9,3 százalékkal magasabban ketyeg, míg a grafikai manipuláció végző feldolgozók 1836 megahertzen, ami 8,6 százalékos növekedés -- a memória órajele maradt 1100 megahertzen. Ezen tuningolás eredményeként tipikusan 5-10 százalék közötti sebességnövekedésre számíthatunk. A magasabb órajel, az 55 nanométeres portolásra fordított mérnöki erőforrások valószínűsíthetően erős korlátozottsága, és a kereskedelmi kihozatal maximalizálásának együttállása okán a GTX+ fogyasztása jelentősen megemelkedett elődjéhez képest.</p>
<p>A GTX+ alá a 9800 GT kerül, mely a legkevésbé érdekes termék, ugyanis teljesen megegyezik architekturálisan a 8800 GT-vel, mindössze szintén gyártástechnológiai váltás történt: 112 feldolgozó, 56 textúrázó, és 16 raszterizáló egység 600 megahertzes alap, 1500-as shader, és 900 megahertzes memória órajellel. A belépőkategóriába a 9500 GT érkezik, mely ennek megfelelően erősen korlátozott erőforrásokkal bír: 55 feldolgozóegység 1400 megahertzes órajelen, 550 megahertzes alap órajel, 128 bites memóriabusz. Cserébe keveset fogyaszt, és kevesebb mint fele akkora magmérete (mindössze 314 millió tranzisztor, 65 nanométeres eljárás) révén drasztikusan olcsóbb az előállítása is, így a boltokba akár 20 ezer forint is alatt kerülhet. A negyedik negyedévben ez a modell is megkapja az 55 nanométeres frissítést.</p>
<p><a href="http://hardwareinput.files.wordpress.com/2008/08/ati-girl.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-349" src="http://hardwareinput.wordpress.com/files/2008/08/ati-girl.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="256" height="180" /></a>Az NVIDIA megpróbál javítani versenyhelyzetén, ugyanakkor láthatóan nagy bajban van a piac alsókategóriájától egészen a felső-közép kategóriáig. Az elmúlt hetekben meglépett drasztikus árcsökkentések, és az új modellek nagyot dobtak a GeForce család versenyképességén, úgy tűnik ugyanakkor, abszolút értelemben a Radeon HD-k minden árszegmensben jobb vételnek bizonyulnak, beleértve a csúcskategóriát is, melyet a Radeonokkal jelenleg CrossFire révén lehet elérni: a GeForce 9500 GT-nél a Radeon HD 3850, a 9800-as modelleknél a 4850, míg a GTX 260 és GTX 280-aknál a 4870 és CrossFire megoldások kínálnak jobb ár-teljesítmény mutatót. <p>Az asztali bővítőkártyák mellett az NVIDIA a notebookokért támadást indított, mégpedig nagyobb teljesítményű, kifejezetten intenzív 3D-gyorsítást igénylő játékok számára kínál új mobil chipeket. Az öt új termékkel az NVIDIA teljesen lefedi a mobil piacot, ugyanis a korábbi 9600M 9500M sorozatokat a 9700M GT és 9700 GTS egészítették ki a közép- és felsőközép kategóriában, míg a felső- és csúcskategóriát a 9800M GT, GTS és GTX fedik le, melyek sorrendben rendre 32, 48, 64, 96 és 112 feldolgozóegységgel bírnak. Az NVIDIA hátrányba került ugyan asztalon, a notebookok terén ugyanakkor továbbra is őrzi fölényét, melyet az új mobil GeForce sorozatokkal megerősített átmenetileg, míg az AMD nem dobja piacra a 4800-as család mobil változatait.</p>

A 956 millió tranzisztort integráló chip a TSMC ugyanazon 55 nanométeres eljárásán készül, számítási erőforrásai pedig két és félszerese elődjének, aminek eredményeként tipikusan másfél-kétszer erősebb annál alacsonyabb órajele ellenére is. Az NVIDIA számára az igazán kellemetlen az, hogy az RV770 teljesítményéhez képest gazdaságosabban termelhető saját chipjeinél, legyen szó a korábbi G90-es, vagy az új GT200-as architektúra implementációiról. Az AMD ezt khiasználva igen agresszív árazásba kezdett, aminek következtében az NVIDIA drasztikus árcsökkentésekre és pénzügyi figyelmezetetés közzétételére kényszerült.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">NVIDIA, desarrollador de procesadores gráficos, estaría preparando un nuevo modelo para llenar la oferta de su linea GeForce 9. Se trataría de la GeForce 9500GT, una tarjeta que no correrá a Crysis a altas resoluciones, pero que si brindara más de un buen pasar a los jugadores casuales.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">La GeForce 9500GT sera lanzada el 29 del presente mes y sus frecuencias de funcionamiento son de 550MHz en núcleo, 1400MHz en shader y 800MHz en sus 256 o 512MB de memoria abordo.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">El ancho de banda entre procesador gráfico y memorias se mantiene en 128-bit, sin embargo su misión tampoco es demasiada ya que NVIDIA estaría conforme con superar el rendimiento de la GeForce 8600GT con este producto.</p>

<p>Según una nota de VR-Zone, NVIDIA sigue preparando su serie GeForce 9 para reemplazar a la actual generación GeForce 8, en este contexto, NVIDIA ya lanzo sus GeForce 9600 GT, GeForce 9800GX2 y pronto también lanzara su GeForce 9800GTX, pero esto no acaba allí y también lanzara la GeForce 9500GT, esta tarjeta estará basada en el núcleo G96 a 65nm y vendrá en reemplazo de la GeForce 8500 GT <a href="http://www.madboxpc.com/contenido.php?id=4635" target="_blank">(Review)</a> basada en el núcleo G86 a 80nm.</p>
<p><!--more-->La GeForce 9500 GT destinada al mercado mainstream, contará según vr.zone con 550Mhz para el core y 512MB de memoria GDDR2 fijadas a una velocidad de 1GHz con una interfaz de 128Bits. Según información interna que tenemos esta tarjeta seria lanzada en junio, de ir todo según lo programado.</p>

<p>Esses preços praticamente anulou a recente redução anunciada pela ATi nas Radeons HD 3850 e 3870.</p>

<p>NVIDIA acaba de lanzar la primera tarjeta de su serie 9, con la <a href="http://www.madboxpc.com/contenido.php?id=5644" target="_blank">GeForce 9600 GT</a>, pero no es lo único que NVIDIA tiene preparado para esta familia, también tendremos el 11 de marzo de este año la GeForce 9800 GX2, seguido de la GeForce 9800 GTX y GeForce 9800 GT que saldrán entre finales de marzo y comienzos de abril respectivamente.</p>
<p><!--more--> Esto en el sector alto, el rango medio de tarjetas a la ya oficial GeForce 9600 GT, NVIDIA agregará la GeForce 9600 GS en el mes de mayo, ya en Junio NVIDIA volverá a introducir otra tarjeta con la GeForce 9500 GT (G96) y por si esto fuera poco la GeForce 9500 GS se lanzará en julio, esto según Digitimes, Así el calendario quedaría:</p>

<p>Ya entrando en la nueva serie D9M, nueva nomenclatura que indica serie de novena generación destinada al mercado Mainstream, podemos decir que la GeForce 9500GT será la reemplazante natural de la GeForce 8500GT, fabricada en 65nm por TSMC, correspondiente al G96 (9600-9500 GT). Esta tiene soporte para PCIE 2.0, DirectX 10, OpenGL 2.1 y Shader Model 4.0.</p>

<p>Encontraremos dos versiones de PCB, el P727 y el P729. El primero tendrá una base de 6 capas con memorias GDDR3, mientras que para las segunda tendrá solo 4 capas con soporte GDDR2. Por el lado de las frecuencias tendremos 650 MHz para GPU, 1650 MHz para los shaders unificados y 900 MHz (1800Mhz) para las memorias (256MB/128-bit), además de compatibilidad con Hybrid SLI <a href="http://www.madboxpc.com/contenido.php?id=5565" target="_blank">(Mas Informacion)</a>. La cantidad de SP debiese ser 32 para la 9500GT y 64 para la 9600GT, esto es parte de lo que se espera para estas tarjetas. El precio deberia rondar los 100€.</p>
